Very good appartment in Santiago. It was a stylish two level appartment with a cool view over Santiago. Everything was there, when the shower head was broken it was immediately answered and changed within 10min - what a nice service. Contact was also good - a very nice appartment.

The sector and location of the apartment is super good, a quiet place without noise. The apartment is everything it indicates and Elqui advisers were always available for inquiries.

Great place and location to spend a few days in Pucón. The decor of the accommodation is very warm and the receptionist Andrea quickly attended to all the concerns we had. The bathroom door handle was a little loose, but it's something that can be fixed very easily. The bed and heating were amazing. I would repeat the place a thousand times over! 100% recommended.

Viviana was very helpful from the beginning. I asked if there was a possibility to leave my luggage and return to pick it up, since my flight would be at night and the checkout in the morning, and she promptly replied that she could store it so that I could enjoy the last day of my trip in peace. The apartment matches the listing: there were hygiene items and also the kitchen items described. Everything was clean and organized, and the few questions I had during the stay were quickly resolved. The location is excellent, close to tourist spots and there are several shops. A lot of things can be done on foot. The building staff are helpful and attentive. I felt extremely safe walking alone at night, something rare in big cities. I had a little problem with the transfer to return and Viviana was very kind, helping me to get to the airport in time. I recommend it, for the peaceful place and also for Viviana's assistance. It would surely come back!
