The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. Tawney Lodge is beautifully decorated countryside retreat with a kitchen, wet room, relaxing sitting room and huge bedroom with a king size bed. All rooms overlooking stunning countryside. We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step

A 20 minute walk to epping station (central line into central London), or 5 minute drive, 12 min walk to the high street. 1 comfortable king size bed , desk set up for remote working , with beautiful views . Wintry Park House is a country house set in nearly 3 acres with formal gardens. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Epping, yet on the edge of the ancient and historic Epping Forest. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.
