My space is vintage and welcoming, a strategic location to reach the Fiere di Parma in 10 minutes, visit the beautiful historic center and enjoy the culinary specialties of the city of the Duchy. 5 km from the A15 and A1 toll booths and a stone's throw from the Taro River Park, where I often walk for a long time with Dior my furry friend, in the midst of nature. The apartment is located in the Oltretorrente neighborhood, in the historic center, close to all the areas of socio-cultural interest in the city. Recently renovated, it is on the second floor of an old monastery served by an elevator. The studio, despite being modest in size, includes a full kitchen, a large dining table, a single bed and 1/2 (120cm wide and comfortable even for two people) and a truly luxurious bathroom.
