Vista Azzurra Apartment no. 2

The apartment is located at the top of a hill, not far from the center and the normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows on one side a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the middle of the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.

The bathroom features a modern vanity with a wood finish, accented by decorative tiled walls in a geometric pattern. Neatly arranged towels are displayed on a towel rack, with a complimentary set of toiletries positioned nearby for guest convenience.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

For us, who were new to the platform, it was a wonderful experience to say the least. The helpfulness of Antonella, who was uniquely kind, clear in communication, available to satisfy our every request; the location of the apartment, a stone's throw from the sea, with a very convenient parking lot, in a quiet area although just a three-minute walk from the city center and the comforts of the apartment itself complete with every comfort have made our short stay above our expectations. We recommend the Flamingo bathroom and restaurant, clean, with kind and helpful staff, both with humans and with our furry friends, just a two-minute walk from the apartment. We just have to thank Antonella, Camelia, Claudio, Loredana, Sandro, Sasha and Priya! We hope to see you soon!

Very nice apartment in a nice location, lovely walk around the beach boulevard. Tania and Max great hosts, leaving snacks and drinks as a little welcoming package, very nice touch. We had 3 nights here and throughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommended this accommodation was perfect.

Giacomo was an extraordinary host for us: always available with friendliness and professionalism. The house is well insulated from noise (we have a little girl who slept great) and the location is strategic both for going to the center and the seaside and for getting around Civitanova. We experienced the house as if it were our own, receiving great attention from Giacomo that made the stay even more enjoyable. An experience to be repeated
