Luxury Bali Glamping – Hot Tub + 15 Acres Near Dallas

CassandraRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We drove in from Houston for Father’s Day weekend and had the most incredible stay at the Bali Dome in Paris, Texas. It was the perfect getaway from the city peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. From the moment we walked in, we could feel how much love and care was poured into every single detail. Every touch felt so intentional, beautifully curated, and full of warmth. It’s clear that the hosts have created something truly special here. The dome was immaculately clean by far the cleanest and most thoughtfully prepared Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Everything felt fresh, cozy, and high-end, without losing that personal charm. This was a 10/10 stay for us and hands-down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. We can’t wait to come back!

Meadow’s Edge Retreat - near Detroit, TX

TrudyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
If you are biking or hiking the Northeast Texas trail (NETT) you couldn’t ask for a better place! Just 3 miles east of Detroit and about 9-10 miles west of Clarksville it made for a great stop on our first day from New Boston. A lot can happen on a 50 mile bike ride. When we turned left off the trail on a small driveway and saw this beautiful house waiting for us it was such a relief! There’s no way to know exactly where it is on the NETT but use your maps app and you can find it. Lots of family games to play (we found energy for croquet and billiards) and everything you need to get cleaned up and a good nights rest. If headed west on the NETT, it’s just 3 miles until Detroit where we found breakfast at CJ’s cafe. I think it might only be open on Saturday for breakfast though. Bring food otherwise as there isn’t anything else close and when you’re on a bike…. There aren’t many options near the trail to stay so grab this gem if you can! House is clean, comfy, beautiful, and unique

Cabin on Lake Raymond Gary w/ Dock, Grill & Views!

CarrieRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Google maps took us to a different cabin, so I was thankful the host had already sent specific directions to the cabin so it was easy to find. I had difficulty unlocking the door (it had been a stressful trip & was late at night) but my son read the directions & was able to open it without any difficulty, in the meantime I had messaged the host who replied immediately! I was so grateful for that! I also appreciated that the porch light was on for us so we weren't fumbling around in the dark. The cabin was decorated perfectly- no clutter in excessive decor etc. We enjoyed the back porch swings looking at the lake. My son was happy to fish. The beds/pillows were comfy. I normally don't sleep well in other places but felt safe & comfortable enough to fall asleep with no problem & wake up to a beautiful view of the lake. The host was a great communicator prior to & during the stay as I had several questions that were promptly answered. I would stay there again.

Little Cedar Cottage

GenaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The hosts were extremely thoughtful and called to check on our well being when the local area had an electrical outage. The hosts already had things in place for unexpected events. They had a flashlight stored and other clear instructions to follow until the electrical services began working again. The electrical outage did not last long. It was great knowing that the hosts were so concerned and on top of things. They house was very neat and clean. It was well decorated with up to date appliances. I highly recommend this host and location.

Cozy Country Cabin

House was very clean and the snacks were a nice surprise. We, having bad knees, had difficulty with the short commode…handicap bar on wall would be very helpful. Rachel responded promptly to our message.

Home away from Home!

KaylaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Breezed through town for a night visiting my cousin and this was a nice place to spend a night. The bed was comfy and the living area spacious. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that you can't flush toilet paper in the RV toilet. I'm fairly used to it from my international travels but probably not everyone would be comfortable with that. But that's the only downside I really picked up on. Overall good experience, I'd stay here again.
