Great place in a superb location. Very comfortable with great views and easy walking distance into centre of Cowes.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Large rooms which are nicely decorated and comfy beds. The permit parking was handy and easy to use and there is a bus stop just down the road to get to Brighton. Thank you for our lovely stay :)

The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Brilliant 4 night stay at Crossroads. It felt like a home from home - with everything we could ask for and more. Communication was great, and the house was even nicer than the photos. The little touches like food essentials were really appreciated after a long journey too. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

Amazing weather added to our early May break during which we did lots of activities around the island. There is plenty to do for families and couples and this location means you can ditch the car and walk to lots of them. Plenty of room for families to spread out in this property and although the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook there are enough restaurants to eat breakfast and dinner out every day without getting bored.

Everything about Lynn’s cottage was perfect. Not only were the rooms beautifully decorated and furnished but the garden offered such a pretty retreat, surrounded by plants and foliage. We had a fantastic time there each evening and felt no need to eat out as the kitchen was superbly stocked. To arrive and find a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and breakfast supplies as well was a wonderful bonus. We would change absolutely nothing about either the house or the location as both were fabulous!

We were staying for a family wedding in Cowes and the location could not have been better - it is a short walk from the Redjet Fery Terminal. The property is very spacious and has everything you need, including games, books, lovely sunny garden with a bbq. It is well presented and feels like home! Would definitely look to stay here again next time we visit.

Clean & tidy property, we just used as a brief stop whilst working locally so literally in and out to sleep so we didn't use the kitchen/garden etc. But the house was comfortable, fully equipped and very spacious. Quiet area. Stewart gave us some very detailed info on the parking situation which was a little confusing but this helped a lot. Access was very straightforward.

Stayed with frail grandparents and our two little children (aged 4 and 2). Kids felt very at home, view was lovely. Beach was less than 3 mins walk. Discovered the harbour which was a short walk around the beach on the final day! wish we had discovered it sooner. Very comfortable and cosy. Easy to use everything there. Want to come back! looking at availability for next year.

We had a lovely stay here, it was the perfect base while attending a wedding nearby. We were also able to explore the seaside and Portsmouth easily. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, we felt very at home. Thank you Stacey.

Excellent location for an event at local sailing club (15 min walk or 5min on scooter) Venue was exactly at described and we all thought it was homely, well presented, extremely clean with modern appliances, nice relaxing garden area and some nice touches. We encountered no problems during our stay but clear instructions were available should we have needed it. Overall we agreed it was great value for the money we paid (party of 6 over 3 nights) and would definitely use again.

3 couples stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! Location was spot on with a short walk to Gunwharf Quays as well as the ferry port which was ideal for our impromptu day trip to the Isle of Wight! The house was spotless and just as described which perfectly catered for our needs. Parking was easy which was a bonus as once there, we walked everywhere without worrying. This is a lovely townhouse, with a fully equipped kitchen & nice outside seating area, plus 3 good sized bedrooms. A perfect location for a stay in Cowes, within easy walking distance of the main high street & harbour areas. Would definitely choose it again.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

We had a great time in Laura's house. Although we were in town for work it was a lovely house to return to and unwind in. Very well situated house with lots of space.

A great location, easily walkable to Southsea Common, hovercraft and Gunwharf Quays. This property is unusual in this area in that it has dedicated parking spaces outside the house. My friends and I loved the layout set over several floors. Every room was spotless and the amenities were as described. We used the outside seating in the private courtyard a lot and the little personal touches, including a birthday card, were appreciated. Any questions were answered by Nicola very quickly. Would definitely stay again.
