The park boosts 10 fishing lakes, set in over 150 acres close to the historic town of Chichester, other local places nearby to explore are Bognor Regis, West Witterings beach, Portsmouth, South Downs, Brighton, Arundel Castle, Pagham Nature Reserve, Chichester golf course Goodwood racecourse. This is a great place to unwind, relax and explore what West Sussex has to offer.

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.
