Lake house vacation rentals in Chiari

It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

The highlight is the view. Simply crazy and fantastic!! The apartment lacks nothing and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and responsive. The location is very and perfect for switching off. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. It feels very local as there are no tourists and instead many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

Super nice accommodation, easily accessible. The host was clear in every instruction and always available for any clarifications.

We were super happy to be at Casa Iseo! The view is absolutely amazing and we could enjoy it all day long from the terrace in the sun. Patrick is super friendly and responds quickly if you have any questions. We needed to book an overnight stay the same day, even though it wasn't possible on the Airbnb app, but we wrote to Patrick and he arranged cleaning the same day so we could come right away!

What an amazing stay! Everything was so perfect, the property is beautiful and being right on the water is so nice! The walk to the ferry is less than 10 minutes and the ferries are super easy to figure out! We absolutely loved it and would stay again!

We loved staying at sisters house . Great location, clean, great amenities . Elena was easy to work with and very responsive and flexible . She booked restaurants for us and was very helpful . We highly recommend staying here. Ciao!

Highly recommend! Very atmospheric place, super equipped in great location. Beautiful and huge garden from which you can admire the lake and mountains. The children were delighted. The owner was kind and very helpful, keeping us informed about interesting events.

What a stunning place to stay. The views are incredible. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. The pool is perfect and the 3 min walk to the beach/lake make this location brilliant.

The location was amazing. Seems like a brand new condo! Cristina responded quickly. The living room and bedroom were in separate areas so you had to go outside to get to the bedroom which we were totally fine with just a lot of keys!! This spot is perfect and a bus stop is right outside!

Francesca’s home was the perfect place to begin our vacation in Bellagio. Upon our arrival, her warm and welcoming husband greeted us, making us feel instantly at home in Italy. Francesca was at the house as well, which felt like staying at a beloved grandmother’s cozy retreat nestled on a hillside with stunning views of the lake. The home was well-equipped with all the comforts one could need. Conveniently, there was a bus stop just about 300 feet up the road, offering an easy ride into Bellagio for only 4 Euro. We also enjoyed using their electric bikes to explore the area. Mornings were spent enjoying breakfast on the patio, relaxing in the garden, and taking in the beautiful lake views from our bedroom window. It was truly a magical and memorable experience.

Beautiful house, stunning location and truly wonderfully accommodating people hosting. If you're looking to avoid the overcrowded tourist version of this stunning area and reconnect with nature, this is the right place for you. Will be back for sure!

Great accommodation overlooking Lake Como away from tourism incl. beautiful garden. If you love peace and quiet, this is the place to be. The path “down” to Bellagio is a bit adventurous, but you are not in the middle of tourism. The landlord lives right next door and is incredibly friendly. Upon arrival, a cuvée and water were waiting for us. Even our dog had a filled water bowl and a lovely welcome sign. During the stay, the landlord always inquired about our well-being (without being intrusive) and even offered us eggs from his own chickens or salad from his own garden. Our requests via chat were also answered immediately. We received many recommendations for restaurants or activities. We felt incredibly comfortable. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed this beautiful house a lot. It has all you need , everything was clean and comfortable and Renata who welcomed us was always so helpful and quick to respond! Our little dog felt like home from the first moment on! We would always like to come back again ! Thanks for having us!

Beautiful home and art studio. Wonderful host and family. From start to finish this trip and the home we stayed in was breathtaking. If Italy was represented by a person Raffaele would be that person. We were blessed to call his home our home for a few days.

Any closer to the lake and you’d be wet. The views are spectacular, Varenna is an easy walk or the train station is across the road. (and up a bit, you can’t hear it) Rindo met us on arrival and gave us some good food recommendations. Comfortable bed, typical Italian electrics and a great place to watch the world go by. The car park is a bonus, if it becomes an option, I’d take it.

Beautiful house and very nice host. The area around the lake is very nice and there is delicious pizza nearby. Unfortunately, there is no TV. Due to the architecture of the house, you are very close to the neighbors.

The accommodation is quiet, clean, Francesca was very available to answer our questions. Perfect communication and a perfect stay! We had a picnic by the beautiful Lake Como, a 5-minute walk away. Many nearby shops. You can go there without a second thought!

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

A great place not only to visit Lecco but also the entire Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed. We didn't even have to take so many things because we were doing laundry anyway. The self check-in option is great. We received clear instructions and the whole stay was very successful. Parking opposite is very cheap. We definitely recommend ✌️

Very well stocked home with responsive host. Excellent area close to the Greenway and many attractions, probably was the best place on the lake for stand up paddling in the island channel. great views from the living room (rental nearby). Air conditioning worked well and lower level bedrooms are cooler - just wouldn't recommend for someone who would have difficulty with steep stairs.

The place is lovely and just as it looks in the pictures. We were traveling with four kids, and the house was spacious enough to meet all our needs. Parking in the village can be a bit challenging but you can always find a spot after a short wait of 10-15 minutes when someone leaves. There are several hiking trails around including a beautiful waterfall that's about an hour's walk from the house. The outdoor area features a grill and has a spectacular view, making it a peaceful and beautiful spot to relax. Jacqueline, our host, was very nice and helpful, living in the same house downstairs. We experienced some issues with the electricity failing a few times when the washing machine and oven were in use; however, with some care to avoid simultaneous usage, we could avoid this. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a bit weak, and the 4/5G coverage was spotty in the area. Overall, it is a wonderful place with a supportive host, making it an excellent choice for a stay in the Como Lake area.
