Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Chiaramonte Gulfi

A wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views of the boats in the little harbor. Easy, quick walk into Ortigia. Beware that the spiral staircase to upper bedroom and bath could be a bit tricky for older folks to navigate. A lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with kitchen, dining and couch/TV area and washer/dryer. Alverio was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A perfect host in a perfect place!

Simonetta’s place was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. She even left us fresh fruit and local treats. Thoughtful extras like bathrobes, slippers, and beach towels made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located right next to the Ortigia market.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Santi vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet...es fehlt einem an nix. Das Highlight ist das Panoramafenster und der Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer - mit Sonnenuntergang!!! Ein Traum. Und wenn klare Sicht ist, sieht man sogar den Ätna. Santi hatte super Tipps für uns bzgl. Ausflüge und Restaurants. Das zweite Highlight war der Strand "Spiaggia del Minaerto". Wir waren in der ersten Hälfte vom Juni, wo noch nicht so viel los ist. Wenn ich morgens an den Strand gegangen bin, war ich von ca. 8-10 alleine an diesem schönen Strand. Und Santi war so lieb und hat mir seinen Sonnenschirm geborgt. Also eine 12 von 10.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour de deux mois dans cet appartement idéalement situé en Sicile. L'appartement offre une vue imprenable sur l'Etna et se trouve à quelques pas seulement du bord de mer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite dès le début : réactivité, disponibilité et gentillesse ont rendu l'expérience très agréable. Pour un séjour prolongé, les équipements sont impeccables, notamment la présence d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche-linge, très pratiques au quotidien. Le logement dispose également d'un grand écran TV dans le salon, ainsi qu'une télévision supplémentaire dans la chambre, pour un confort optimal. Enfin, le parking privé sécurisé est un vrai plus, permettant de garer la voiture en toute tranquillité. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour sa qualité, son emplacement privilégié et l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Merci pour cette belle expérience en Sicile !

The best accommodation of our trip. Excellent location, walkable to everything. Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extras that others don’t provide. Maria was a very good host who helped us with restaurants, time tables even carrying our bags up the stairs. Overall I was very impressed.

This AirBNB is right in the heart of all that Ortigia has to offer, however it is tucked away one street from a main thoroughfare so you can be out and about in literally 60 seconds. Then, you have a beautiful sanctuary to come home to. The furnishing were great, and the architecture of the apartment made you feel like you were somewhere very special. The beds and pillows, all 4 of us agreed, were outstanding. Easy to fall a sleep, and wake up rested. There is a living room and eating area off the kitchen, with gave us plenty of space to stretch out some everyone could get alone time as needed (we love each other, but traveling for 2 weeks internationally... you know how it is). Outside the door is a courtyard with fragrant climbing flowers and palm trees. All the conveniences you need -- kitchen appliances, washer, coffee maker (although you'll want to grab a cappuccino and sit at a nearby cafe). When we come back to Ortigia, we're staying here.

Jag, min sambo och vår 3-åriga dotter bodde i Matthews lägenhet under en kortare semester till Ortigia och kunde inte ha varit nöjdare. Boendet passade oss perfekt på alla sätt och vis. Själva lägenheten var superfin, rymlig och hemtrevlig. Extra plus var att det fanns möjlighet att låna parasoll och strandhandduk samt att det fanns lite pussel och spel som vår dotter tyckte var roligt att leka med. Vi fick ett fint mottagande av Matthews vän Enrico som visade oss runt i lägenheten. Han gav oss all information som vi kunde tänkas behöva under vår vistelse plus lite tips om vad som fanns att upptäcka i området. Lägenheten ligger i ett lugnt område, nära till både restauranger och sevärdheter på Ortigia och i Syracusa. Rekommenderar detta boende varmt till er som planerar en resa till Ortigia!

Nous avons séjourné en famille chez Antonio, l’appartement est très agréable, propre et fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement situé entre Ortigia et les sites historiques de Siracuse, la gare est également accessible à pied et permet de visiter facilement les environs. Antonio a été très réactif et nous a aidé à commander un taxi par deux fois. Nous avons également suivi ses instructions de restaurants ! Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à OrtigiaSuites !

Appartamento nuovissimo di bellissima rifinitura in stile moderno e barocco. Ambiente fresco e ben accessoriato. Molto spazioso e dotato di soppalco abitabile. Collocato vicino al centro storico. Ampie possibilità di parcheggio nei dintorni. Cucina favolosa. Doccia a parete su tre lati, molto grande. Bagno nuovissimo e spazio interessante per lavasciuga e disbrigo. Bellissimi dettagli di design in tutto gli ambienti. Due split clima che non c'è stato bisogno di attivare. Divano e TV. Poltrona comodissima e arredo camera molto spazioso e intelligente. Davvero un appartamento all'avanguardia con sensori CO e gas. Non manca nulla!! Ottima location in Scicli.

This spot is an absolute gem and is exactly as described. The house is comfortable and every detail and amenity has been carefully thought through. Chiara and Irene responded quickly to any enquiries before and during our stay, providing local tips - including the times of mass at the local church that can be seen and heard from the house. We were delighted with the beauty of Scicli; despite it's Baroque marvels, the town feels lived in, rather than a tourist hotspot. We found lovely restaurants and cafes in the squares and along the narrow streets. Parking was easy to navigate and within a couple of minutes walk from the property. We found hiring a car was a must, especially when visiting nearby beaches. We loved that a couple of beach chairs and a parasol were available in the property (all things thought of) to take with us. We would happily return to this house and Scicli again. A very special holiday.

Wir waren mit unseren 2 Töchtern (7 und 11) dort und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist großartig! Der Check In war sehr flexibel, das Haus gut zu finden. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, aber machbar. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Noto, Avola, Syrakus, zum Cava Grande und an einige umliegende Strände gemacht. Alles war traumhaft schön! Das Haus ist hierfür ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt. Unsere Kontakte vor Ort haben immer schnell geantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Auch der Check Out hat gut geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Apartamento precioso en un palazzo decadente situado en un lugar que nos pareció mágico: el entorno del mercado de Ortigia. Puestos de verdura, fruta y el pescado más variado y más fresco que puedas imaginar. Soleado todo el día y con muchas comodidades (lavadora, secadora, plancha, cocina muy completa..) Ahora bien, quienes tienen problemas de sueño deben tener en cuenta lo siguiente: las dos habitaciones no tienen puertas; están separadas visualmente pero sólo se cierran con cortinas. Asimismo, hay que tener en cuenta que los vendedores del mercado comienzan a trabajar sobre las 6 y son sicilianos muy sicilianos y, por tanto, bastante bulliciosos. A nosotros también esto nos gustó.

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. The veranda is the best part of this home, we sat outside and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table in the sun, perfect. Location is 20 min walk to the beach (downhill on the way there so quite uphill on the way back!) not loads in the immediate area but there is a Eurospar (shop) with all groceries. Otherwise perfectly fine with a car as within 10/15 min drive you can find a lot. Giorgio was a lovely host, even though he couldn’t meet us he was responsive and helpful. Lovely relaxing stay.

The apartment is really well laid out over two levels with really good airconditioners. I enjoyed having my breakfast on the balcony. A nice relaxing spot. Very friendly check in with Carmi. Thanks, I really enjoyed my stay

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans la propriété d'Antonino et Morena, d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Au bout d'un chemin privé fleuri, dans la si belle campagne sicilienne, vous trouverez le porche d'une superbe maison de pierre, sur une cour de masseria immense et très privative. La maison est pleine de charme, dotée de tout le confort moderne, très bien aménagée, et dotée d'une splendide terrasse avec vue sur mer, et d'un jardin ombragé. L'éclairage, le soir, ajoute une touche très romantique à l'ensemble. Quel beau lieu, avec une âme et une poésie très touchante. Morena nous a réservé de multiples délicates attentions et... nous planifions déjà notre prochain séjour ❤️.

Sehr schöne wohnung in einem super Zustand. Wie auf den Bildern. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer fanden wir super da wir als pärchen privatsfähre hatten. Gastgebering super nett und hilfsbereit. Zu verbessern: Ich würde in neue Matratzen investieren, sind viel zu weich man versinkt im Bett. Zusätzlich würde ich noch jeweils weiche schlafkissen zur Verfügung stellen, die waren steinhart. Ansonsten alles perfekt und ich kann es empfehlen.

Great condo in a historic building with original flooring. It was clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay in Ragusa. Valeria and Federico were really helpful - they provided us with recommendations, helped with parking etc. This place is about 30 min walk to Ragusa Ibla and accessible to other attractions in the area.

Host went out of her way to help us access the apartment as it seemed to us that the narrow road was for pedestrians only. She helped us carry our luggage up the street and up the stairs. Very responsive and helpful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage while Carlotta the lovely and helpful cleaning lady finished her work. We had a bit of an issue unlocking the door, but hosts responded quickly to help us out.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

A lovely space in a really perfect location to walk into the Main Street in a minute. The local paticery was delightful and there was free parking out the front of the doors. Excellent

an incredible apartment in the centre of Syracuse. walking distance to all of the historical sights, and the most incredibly clean and well looked after place! we met Barbara after amazing communication in the days leading up to us arriving in Syracuse, and she gave us brilliant recommendations for places to eat near the apartment. we both slept like babies as the bed is so comfortable! thank you to Barbara for hosting us, we will be back!

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.

This accommodation was perfect in every way! The bed was absolutely luxurious, and the showerhead was amazing and I felt like I was staying in a boutique hotel. The hosts were incredibly helpful, very responsive, and super friendly. The kind of people that feel like your close friends the moment you meet them! Exceptionally clean and easily walkable everywhere. Ortigia is a beautiful place and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!
