We absolutely loved staying at Hugo’s place - so much so that we extended by 2 days. The apartment is comfortable and cosy, and they have a beautiful garden you can relax in if you’d like. The kitchen has a microwave and filtered water, and a fridge if you need to keep fruit/breakfast. But the main attraction is Hugo! He’s so kind, going out of his way to ensure you have a good time. Thanks so much Hugo and family!

For us, this was a break from the routine in the city and was everything we could have hoped for. We hiked around the property, saw the animals, prepared slow meals from the food grown on the land, lit the fireplace and really rested. The WiFi was so surprisingly good we actually had to hide our phones so that we could truly disconnect. The bathroom makes you rethink everything about modern plumbing, it is clean, beautiful, zero smell and the views make you want to stay in there! Ha! It was an amazing experience! Todo muy bien muy agusto

Es una cabaña de huéspedes muy bonita y acogedora. Los animalitos que tienen son muy lindos y amistosos. El acceso es facil tanto en coche como sin el, mientras no les moleste una pequeña caminata. Las vistas son bonitas y es muy fresco.

Fantástico lugar para dejar a un lado los aparatos electrónicos y relajarte con la naturaleza, las habitaciones limpias y bonitas, los anfitriones súper amables y atentos, la comida muy rica (se ve que la preparan con mucho cariño) ! Un lugar seguro! La verdad vale muchísimo la pena! Regresaremos con mi familia pronto! (Como recomendación ir adultos y si llevan niños que estos por lo menos tengan una edad de 5 años en adelante en mi pensar) las áreas de juego y esparcimiento geniales! 🙌🏽🍃🔥 10/10 P.D. Ya extrañamos a peluche!! 🐕 ☺️

Todo estaba justo como en las fotos. La atención fue muy buena. El espacio es bastante agradable igual que la atención. Nos recibieron con un pan delicioso ❤️ El lugar es de fácil acceso y con seguridad.

Nous n'avons passé qu'une seule nuit, mais le jardin del silencio est un lieu très agréable tout comme notre cabane qui était très sympa, très propre et bien équipée !

We loved Julio's place!! It is not for everyone but it's very special. It's rustic and simple, made of bamboo, wood, and concrete, but beautiful and off the beaten track. If you want something close in town with more energy then this place isn't for you. But we enjoyed being a bit farther from the center of town in a place that felt like we were next to a forest. It's about a 15/20 min. walk into town and easy to get to with a taxi. There are not a lot of amenities but we really were only there in the mornings and at night to chill and sleep, which was fine. Julio was really a wonderful, friendly host. He picked us up at the train station, invited us out one night, and arranged our tours of Palenque and the waterfalls. He was also very responsive. A great guy.

Lovely place. It has its own gated yard if you want to hang out outdoors. The place is actually bigger than it looks on the photos. Isa invited us to attend different events of her community, and we really loved them. She is also very responsive with many great recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

Bastante bello, al inicio sentí que estaba un poquito elevado el precio, pero a mi novia y a mí nos encantó! El lugar es muy bello, todo muy ordenado. Vi luciérnagas después de muchos años!!!, definitivamente es un lugar al que vale la pena ir. Sin dudar volvería a elegir este alojamiento.

What a special little place. It is smack in the center of town but still feels quiet and hidden. The hosts are so so kind and even accommodated me an extra night after I messed up my schedule. They had fresh flowers and a big jug of water to make my stay that much easier and made sure I had everything I needed. The mattress is great too. This was a memorable little nook.
