great place! the bathroom box is too small tho. the room with single beds is also quite small. I'd definitely recommend for a short stay in Chia!

Marco's house is small but comfortable, with everything you need to cook and stay in comfort. I found impeccable cleanliness, there wasn't a speck of dust even on the external shutters, which is more unique than rare. Despite the small rooms it is well ventilated and in any case equipped with an air conditioning system. Great starting point for visiting the south coast.

Beautiful house with breathtaking view on the sea, definitely the place to be!

We felt right at home. The villa has a beautiful view and very good facilities. There are almost all important and useful kitchen appliances, a washing machine and dishwasher. Very nice hosts and perfect communication!
