You rent two small country houses for a maximum of 6 people. The country houses are located in a large well-kept property of 10,000 square meters between an olive grove and wild corners at the end of the property for playing Indian games. The country houses are quiet and somewhat hidden on the Rio Chia River and are only a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach. A large pool of 15 m in length and 1 m to 1.80 m in depth is located behind the lawn. Two sandy beaches are a 10- to 15-minute walk away.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. My apartment is located at the entrance to the village of Chia on the first floor. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Restaurants and markets are very close by. The apartment is spacious and bright with a large 40 m² terrace. The terrace overlooks greenery and offers plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms with double beds are large and equipped with air conditioning. I live on the ground floor and am always available for any needs.
