Small cozy apartment in a charming village classified Pierres et Eaux, ideal for 2 people. Possibility to add 1 person with supplement (1 bed 140 + 1 folding bed 1 person in the same room) located on the quay of the port on the edge of Charente, opposite the island of Grenouillette with its famous miniature boats and inflatable games. Shops within walking distance. We live in the same building with our son. Bicycle garage. Cocoa processing workshop and rum tasting by reservation €25/pers.

The cottage: La Séguinette A lively, refreshing place where a stream flows, home to frogs, kingfishers etc... you will have access to your hosts' swimming pool (June to mid-September) access hours between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. plancha and garden furniture will be at your disposal. Located 12 km from Saintes which is crossed by the Charente in the Saintonge. 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean (La Rochelle, Royan, La Palmyre, Île d'Oléron) and near Cognac in the Charente region.

Chill by the pool or explore the local area and cuisine. Our converted barn is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to relax and just enjoy your holiday.

The first, a studio with a mezzanine bed The 2nd a 3-room apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed and 1 retractable bed. and the 3rd the T2: 1 bedroom, a sofa bed and a child's bed. The 3-room apartment has been equipped to bring you all together with a 1.60 m coffee table ideal for aperitifs and 2 tables (indoor and outdoor) for 12 guests. And in the evening you can find your privacy.

The eighteenth-century Logis des Chauvins is situated in the heart of a one-hectare park in Port D'Envaux, a former shipping village. Its special location on the banks of the Charente makes it particularly attractive, with numerous walks, swimming and water sports just a 3-minute walk away...

Gîte de la "Petite Vallée" (Small Valley Cottage)

In a restored Charentais farmhouse, our guest house at the host's home welcomes you in a green setting. A large glass window illuminates the living room: A wall of natural stones dresses the kitchen area, dining area and office-media area. Outside, there is a terrace for breakfast, a barbecue area for meals in the shade of a century-old walnut tree... A small relaxation area by the (above-ground) pool next to the palm tree, and a 3000 m² garden with trees.

Quiet, in a small village of Charente Maritime on the edge of the forest, 20 minutes from Saintes, 10 more to be in Rochefort and Cognac, 10 more and you are in Fouras... on Oléron or in La Rochelle. Maison Pontier, Riverside location.

Maison Pontier is the old bridge keepers house, (the bridge is long gone). It is on the quayside with easy parking and super access to the river (we swim here in the summer). It is quiet but well situated in the village with just a short walk to the excellent boulangerie, general shop, boules court and 3 restaurants, a very short walk along the river bank, ideal for for an evening glass of wine whilst you watch the sun go down.
