We had a fantastic time! The neighborhood was so accessible and peaceful. The space was clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Wonderful place! Our friends really enjoyed their stay in Petersburg and this will now be our go-to rental for visitors. Regan and Mark were very responsive, the place was clean and nicely appointed. No street or restaurant noise! There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but it is well worth it (and a big reason why there is no outside noise). Highly recommend!

I stayed at Xianfeng's place for one night, and it was exactly as advertised. His instructions were super clear. The check in and entry were super easy. I really appreciated having the parking space. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Joe came in person to welcome me to the AirBnb when I arrived. He gave me a lot of information on nearby restaurants and other places to visit. The place was clean and near the heart of Old Town. I highly recommend this AirBnb and him as a host.

I stayed here for a weekend trip with my dog. The location was convenient to the places I went to in the city and it was a nice residential neighborhood to walk the dog in. The storefront style of the place was a little odd but overall, it served our needs! The hosts were clear in their instructions and good with communication.

City Point Cottage was all that we hoped it would be based on the listing and more!! The most beautiful renovations and just our style! City Point Cottage was in the perfect spot to visit my son at Ft Gregg - Adams! Caroline was an excellent host, very responsive and very clear instructions for check in/out and instructions for inside the cottage! Very cute place!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. This older home in a quiet older neighborhood is well-maintained, thoughtfully updated, cozy, and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, and the check-in process was a breeze. We appreciated the ample off-street parking and the layout, which easily accommodated the multiple generations of our family during our gathering in Richmond. Plus, the location was ideal—less than 15 minutes to downtown. Mayra, our host, made us feel very welcome and was quick to respond to any questions. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. (including a crib and bassinet) There is a large private fenced backyard and a nice office area. I would certainly stay here again.

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

The home was phenomenal. Exactly what we needed for our family of 7. Visited for a military ceremony at Fort Gregg-Adams. Very clean, and beautiful decor. We didn’t need to contact the host for anything. She covered it with very clear instructions. Check out was no hassle. Just took out the trash, but of course tidying up to show our appreciation for a great stay. Highly recommended and will use her home if we visit the area again. Thanks Catina for everything.

We LOVED Lacey’s place. It was so cute, it was clean, and it was in a great location. As someone passionate about interior design, I was obsessed with this home. Adorable and comfortable. Lacey was super communicative and kind. Would stay again!

What a lovely gem in Richmond! Nothing but good things to say about the house; lovely backyard, clean and modern interior, and a very comfortable bed. We were especially fond of the permaculture backyard; it's not something you see often, but it was a really lovely and unique aspect of the property that we enjoyed (and I'm supportive of the effort/theory behind it)!

This home was absolutely perfect! Kay was super communicative as a host and so sweet to leave a few extra local goodies for us upon arrival. Our family felt so comfortable in the space and the property was beautiful. An amazing stay and an excuse to go to Virginia again!

This was a perfect spot for my 2-year old, 2 dogs, and myself. It's a great deal for the location & a parking pass included for the area. Loved our stay & would definitely book here again.

Very convenient to the Richmond Convention Center. A good home base for being out and about. The parking add on was a plus. The chat messages were good. You can tell they are automated, but they provided relevant info when needed.

Reagan's place is a great centrally located base of operations if you're visiting downtown Richmond. It's clean quiet and secure. Access to the building and parking are a little tricky but she's provided very detailed instructions that make it easy. Although our stay was brief, Reagan was a lovely host, a pleasure to meet, and very responsive. Highly recommended for RVA visits!

Great place to stay because you're just a few short blocks away from Cary Street, where there are lots of great stores and restaurants. We walked over several times to get coffee and go to a restaurant, and then shopping the next morning. The apartment is not "new" -- it's in one of the many old houses that line the street. But it was fun and had some character. The bed might be a little soft for some people, but I was comfortable.

We had another nice stay at Mark’s place while attending our daughter’s graduation at VCU.

I had a great long weekend visit being back in Richmond for a reunion. I arrived shortly after a city water crisis ended and she immediately reached out letting me know it had ended and what the city recommended before using the water in the apartment

Great place to stay in Richmond!

Comfortable place in a great location. Rooftop deck has great views of the neighborhood and sunset. Place was comfortable and clean, with character, fitting for an old city building, like old tile fireplaces and gas lamps, heart pine floors. Loved it!
