House vacation rentals in Chester County

We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for accommodating our family as we engaged in the passing of my father and his memorial services. Kayla offered a complimentary 1:00 PM checkout on Sunday so that my mom, siblings and our families could have a private brunch gathering at the AirB&B to share memories and reminisce about my dad. It was extremely special because we found little to no time to talk amongst ourselves the day before during my father’s services. We shared photo albums, cards that were sent to us in condolence of our loss, and personal memories that were written during the memorial services the day before. It was such an amazing and emotional experience to honor my father in such an intimate setting. We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for their and hospitality. Our family of 7, ranging in age from 62-6, had a blast! The pool was perfect for evening entertainment while cooking on the grill. The bedroom layout was great as we have family member that doesn’t do stairs well. Even if upstairs the number of stairs is minimum. We visited Dutch Wonderland and would stay here again for our next trip up! It had more than expected including pool towels and shampoo and conditioner in the 2 full baths. It also had laundry detergent. Thank you! It was a wonderful place!

Ruth was a great host. The location was safe and the house was just as described. The one bed does have a trundle, making it tight quarters, but it worked for us. We needed help with the grill and her husband came right over to assist. Definitely one of the better houses we have stayed in!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

This place was a wonderful gem! Right away you walk in and just feel so at peace. The hosts have done an amazing job at making the home welcoming, useable, and beautiful. They obviously can't control the birds but man were they just so nice to listen to all day. just wanted to sit on the back porch all day and listen to nature. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Instructions for various things in the the house were clear. Everything felt spotless! Anytime we had a question they were super quick to respond. We had the pleasure to meet them both at different times and are so thankful we did. They were so lovely and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for the area as well. We stayed for two nights but definitely wish it was longer. Our kids (10 & 12) want us to go back next year! We stayed here from Canada as we came to attend the Sights and Sound theater. Definitely would recommend to others. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This home is off the charts in every way. Our family of ten enjoyed every aspect of the property. From the game room, to the wonderful kitchen, to the outside pool and hot tub....everything was top notch. Kris is a wonderful host, and she and her family have gone above and beyond in every way. The beds, oh the comfortable beds!

David was a very great host. He accommodated me last minute and even worked with me when I was having some delays on check out. Very happy with my stay. Will def do it again!

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. The “added touches” were so thoughtful. The home is decorated beautifully and every detail is well thought out. The entire house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal. We loved staying in this home.

The house was cozy and perfect for winding down after spending all day at a convention.

We absolutely loved staying in Honeybrook. It was peaceful, comfortable and Joshua and the owner dealt quickly with any issues we had. The WiFi had an issue when we arrived and we were doing a course which we needed to use the internet for. It was handled within an hour of us asking and the owner of the house came over in person. Another time an opossum had died right by the porch and they took care of it within 15 minutes. The house is in Amish Country and being surrounded by Amish neighbors was something we really enjoyed.

Home was perfect for our stay in the Pa area. Parking was a little tight getting in and out of the driveway. We would stay there again.

Our family of 11 enjoyed staying at Linda's home while visiting some places in Lancaster. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children, ages 7 to 2. Everyone loved the spaciousness of the home and amenities it offered. Linda was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend this rental property. Thank you, Linda, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Mitch’s place was perfect for us, we absolutely loved it! The house was super clean, spacious, and in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even the Amish horse and buggies pass by from time to time. Mitch was also very responsive and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants. I stay in the Lancaster area several times a year and will be sure to book this one again!

Our family enjoyed John’s beautiful historic home while attending a wedding nearby. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home and appreciated the attention to detail paid in restoring this centuries old home. The layout was fun - many rooms to explore and lots of space for watching TV, playing cards, eating meals and otherwise enjoying each other’s company. Phenomenal coffee maker, which we enjoyed immensely both mornings, and a well stocked kitchen to boot. Very comfortable and clean bedrooms and a beautiful yard to gaze upon. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to explore the terrific recommendations John has thoughtfully put together for guests.

A beautiful new home that was so comfortable and clean. It’s not easy to find properties where every bedroom has a private bathroom. Also if you didn’t catch it like we did, there’s no TV - perhaps a blessing in disguise. Suzanne was extremely responsive throughout the stay and very kind through all our communication. We had a bit of a “damage to property” issue & payment request (we did submit a payment) that was unexpected, as no one in our group recalled the damage. Although unfortunate and not easy to swallow the additional cost, she was very kind & fair in handling the matter and navigating an amicable resolution. Thoroughly enjoyed the stocked fridge, especially the yogurt & granola (wish there was more! ☺️), and the popcorn snacks. Thank you Suzanne - God bless your family!

We had a wonderful time with our family! Great to be all together and relax like we were at home.

When I called him the day before we left we had a pleasant brief conversation. He asked me what brought us to the area and I told him that it was my son’s 6th birthday and that he loved the Franklin institute. After an arduous trip leaving NYC. We finally arrived and were so amazed by the peaceful vibe of the place. And then we got in and opened the fridge and there was a birthday cake with a candle for my son!!! We were just stunned. In a world where it feels like everyone is just trying to out-mean each other, Jack and his peaceful home are just a rare and wonderful find.

I don’t think words can explain how beautiful this home was. It truly felt like a home you want to come to everyday. The communication, the house set up was just perfect. We recommend anyone that wants to have a beautiful peaceful place to stay this is it. It’s a hidden gem that many people should know about! Considering using Jennifer’s home again next year! Love every part of it and looking forward to using it again!

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation from nearby Villanova University. We have a large immediate family and this home offered us a place to gather and stay with much more comfort and value than individual hotel rooms. The house was spotless, private and had a large yard with plenty of parking for our 4 adult children joining us for the graduation weekend. Jess was extremely responsive before our arrival, and throughout our visit. The photos are accurate as well as the description of the property. 3 full bathrooms and comfy beds make this a hidden gem for a stay!

Loved the place! My family and I stayed after traveling up from NC for my brother’s wedding. View was beautiful and enjoyed sitting outside every morning with a cup of coffee. Great communication, easy to find, super clean place, unique charm, unique floorplan. :) loved all the outdoor seating options.
