Our hosts were outside at the time of our arrival and greeted us with a very warm welcome. Beautiful neighborhood on a quiet street. Comfy, cozy, and clean … perfect for our needs while visiting.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it just as much this time as we did last time. The space is much larger than what the pictures show. It's pristine clean and has all of the necessities. I forgot to grab creamer for my coffee so was so happy to find some already in the fridge. The bed and the couch are really comfortable. This location is 10-15 min drive to all the happenings in and around Lancaster (I think we were 7 mins to Windmill Farm and about 10 mins to Sight & Sound) but there's so much to do within walking distance if you don't feel like getting out. We love walking through the shops at Kettle Kitchen, feeding the goats, and getting ice cream from Cold Rolled Creamery so this location is perfect for us! I highly recommend staying at the Carriage House Suite if you're going to be in the area.

Barbara is a super host and her apartment is great. Barbara felt like family and her apartment felt like home away from home. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable, spacious, and good location. I was able to easily find restaurants with gluten-free options, and kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements.

Jonas’s place was neat and in a convenient location. It felt very spacious for a one bedroom, especially upstairs. We had to help our pup up the stairs but they were easy to navigate. Before arriving, there was a mishap with the cleaners and Jonas was very communicative and able to get the place cleaned before we arrived a few hours after check-in time. Overall, highly recommend!

We were looking for a last minute family trip to Lancaster for a train ride and to visit an Amish farm. We were traveling with our 4 children under 5 and Dorothy was extremely accommodating. She offered us fresh milk from their cows and kept it raw by special request due to some of our kids lactose intolerance from pasteurized milk. The fresh bread and jam, eggs from their hens which we could see outside our kitchen window, made the homestead life seem so simple lovely and enjoyable (I’m sure it takes a lot of hard work to keep up with - they do a phenomenal job and I was so grateful to share a small moment of that). They provided a crib and an extra mattress on the floor for our kids. The space was cozy, very clean and we felt right at home. It rained for a little while we were there and Dorothy had legos and books available which the kids enjoyed. When it wasn’t raining we were able to walk their beautiful property. The kids really enjoyed the tree swing, playground and trampoline.

My daughter and I adored this property. The home was absolutely immaculate and exquisitely decorated in such a tasteful way reflecting the community. It was light and airy with plenty of windows in a wonderful location with shopping, food, gift, coffee, candles shops, etc. right outside your door. Good wifi, updated bathroom, very clean, lovely back deck and front porch for which to relax. A king bed very comfortable and plenty of extra blankets, fans etc to make you stay more enjoyable. There were a few card games, there was a nice coffee bar. there's a rack for hanging your clothes and some hooks in the hallways. The only thing I missed was having a TV in the bedroom but there was a TV in the living room. I would definitely stay in this Airbnb again as it's in a prime area. Its close to everything Amish. My daughter and I enjoyed driving around the Amish farmlands, which I find so peaceful and beautiful and at the end of the day coming home to this relaxing home made it enjoyable.

I feel lucky to have discovered "White Oak Retreat" for our 3-night visit to Lancaster to celebrate my son's engagement. Our group, which included four generations aged 3 to 84, all had a wonderful time. It was impeccably clean and well-stocked. We couldn't have asked for a better Stay, and Lindsay is an amazing host.

The Covered Bridge Cottage was the perfect name for the property. Everything was amazing the Bridge, the orchard, the pasture field, the beautiful tree and the sheep were priceless. The attention to all the details in the cottage were spot on. Everything was clean and well appointed. The detailed welcome binder was extremely helpful and the instructions were super clear. We were extremely impressed with hosts and the cottage.

This place was a wonderful gem! Right away you walk in and just feel so at peace. The hosts have done an amazing job at making the home welcoming, useable, and beautiful. They obviously can't control the birds but man were they just so nice to listen to all day. just wanted to sit on the back porch all day and listen to nature. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Instructions for various things in the the house were clear. Everything felt spotless! Anytime we had a question they were super quick to respond. We had the pleasure to meet them both at different times and are so thankful we did. They were so lovely and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for the area as well. We stayed for two nights but definitely wish it was longer. Our kids (10 & 12) want us to go back next year! We stayed here from Canada as we came to attend the Sights and Sound theater. Definitely would recommend to others. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The Cottage on Main is close to everything we visit the New Holland area for. Shadey is only 2 mins away for great donuts in the morning, so that's a bonus. We enjoyed another great stay at the Cottage on Main and will be back again. Thank you.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Check in and check out was easy. Very short walking distance to the farmers market and downtown. The house is charming and perfect for a weekend with family.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s place for our high school friend get together. We wanted a place near Longwood Gardens and a place to relax. We got them both! The surroundings were beautiful and the home was open and lovely! We hope to be back!

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Marc place was a little piece of paradise looking over a wide vista of trees and distant beautiful architecture ….. street parking was no problem and it was close to everywhere it seemed! It was quiet and secluded and cosy warm ☺️

Nikhil was an outstanding host: Top-tier responsiveness; Great communication; Flexible; Proactive; Clearly very thoughtful in in so many of the choices taken in preparing a place for guests to feel comfortable and cared for like wireless chargers, diverse lighting, extra towels and toiletries. Really enjoyed the unique setup and will want to stay there again. Even parking was incredible: Free only 20 feet from the rear entryway. Free parking in any city is a real bonus! This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.
