Located a 15-minute walk from the city center, this small attic apartment refurbished in 2020 occupies the attic (3rd floor) of a beautiful century-old house called Pré-Fleuri. Very bright, thanks to the velux, the 2 rooms have partial views of the city roofs, the lake and the Jura. On cold days, the wood-fired hypocaust heating radiates a cozy warmth, and on warm days the large, old linden tree provides cool shade on the courtyard.
