Studio du Lac is located on the Belle-ferme estate. Independent entrance, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a majestic building dating from the 19th century. The studio has a bathroom, an arranged kitchen, a warm seating area with its pellet stove as well as a beautiful space for your meals. For sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. The apartment offers you a beautiful view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.

Beautiful cozy and bright apartment with equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a well exposed balcony with access to the living room or bedroom, in order to relax and enjoy the sun. For a stay between lake and mountain, our apartment is located a few minutes from the beach (Tougues), 8 min drive to the Swiss border, 10 min to the village of Yvoire, 20 min to the center of Geneva and Thon-les-Bains, 40 min to ski resorts, Annecy and 1 hour to Chamonix.

The apartment has just been redone and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house when you arrive and park 1 min walk away

Located in the center of the village of Chens-sur-Léman, this nice family house is close to all amenities : mini-market, pharmacy, tabac/press office, post office, etc. The beach of Tougues is at 12 min walking distance and the one of Beauregard at 6 min. A few minutes by car are enough to reach the Swiss customs of Hermance, and about 20 min to reach the center of Geneva.
