Very close to the Château de Villemonteix, the small Villa Montis is a traditional stone cottage, convenient and cozy, ideal for a stay for two. A small flower garden is arranged in front of the property so you can enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs: a spacious 18 m² bedroom-living room with new bedding. The bed is made upon arrival. With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

This 4-person cottage, located on the side of the main building, has its own entrance and a fantastic panoramic terrace. The gîte is fully furnished, is wonderfully spacious and has 2 floors. There are 2 bedrooms with made beds. The gîte can be connected to the other rooms for larger groups via a lockable door. The cottage can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. You can use all other amenities including our sandwich, breakfast and dinner service.
