A really great accommodation with beautiful assets (spa bath, sauna, steam room). The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful place (currently under construction but very quiet nonetheless, I was not disturbed by noise). The instructions given were clear and Emmanuel was always reachable if needed. If you want to recharge your batteries a little and be in a small, comfortable cocoon and decorate with taste, go for it!

We are delighted with our stay at La Garçonnière. Excellent welcome, very warm and attentive. A beautiful, relaxing and conveniently located place. The house is really nice and very well equipped, with an exceptional view of the Loire, we had a great time on the terrace. Importantly, the bedding is of very good quality.

‘Le Barn’, in the grounds of Chateau Belebat, is a charming accommodation which is beautifully and tastefully presented by the engaging hosts Jeff and Oscar. It is a peaceful, rural location, ideal as a base from which to explore this area of the Loire by car. For those on 2 wheels, it is worth mentioning the cycle path close by which connects to the local village with the all important Boulanger just 2km away from Le Barn. The nearby town of Richelieu is worth a visit and there are numerous other attractions in the locality. We picnicked by the river, tasted and bought wine in various Chateaux, explored Saumur, Chinon, Amboise, and several smaller villages, discovered charming restaurants, explored local markets and toured some of beautiful Chateaux gardens. Overall a wonderful spot although the little seating area outside Le Barn is not particularly private or comfortable if one wanted to chill/sleep/read a book in complete peace for an hour or two after a hard day sightseeing.

Hello, we were able to enjoy Anjou in the sun (it was very sunny) and in an ideal environment: on the banks of the Loire, quiet. Alice is very responsive.

A very comfortable accommodation (three bathrooms for two bedrooms! with a sauna), spacious, with a beautiful exterior and a possible walk on the small road that borders the Authion. The hosts are extremely considerate: warm welcome with homemade cakes, friendly tips and discussions. The accommodation is very quiet and we slept very well. Everything was perfect!

We are very happy with our stay. We had a warm welcome from Julie with small gifts (cherries and jam) that made us happy. Julie is attentive to guests. The accommodation is impeccable, everything is spotless, there is even a hair dryer which is rare these days. We had a great weekend. We will recommend this place to those around us.

Very good location, in the heart of the old town and yet, once inside, you can't hear anything. Perfect. Very convenient, very well furnished. The sofa bed is extremely cosy. We'll be happy to go back! The old spiral staircase brings charm to this home. Thank you for everything. You're at your best!

The stuff fairytales are made of. Staying directly under a castle. The apartment is so well appointed. Bathed in sunlight in the mornings. Spacious & tastefully decorated. Easy 5 min walk to the centre of town. Beautiful walks across the road by the Loire. The castle is an easy 10 min walk to the castle. The apartment feels very safe. The hosts are very friendly, helpful & responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

I had a great time at this place in Angers! The apartment is clean, well decorated, very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal: close to the city center, transport and shops. I highly recommend this place and will not hesitate to return on a future visit to Angers!
