Accommodation as described, close to the train station, very nice, peaceful neighborhood, responsive and considerate host. Nothing to report.

Pleasant stay, studio matches the photos, clean and well cleaned. Well located just steps from the RER E (however, it is not always reliable as a means of travel due to several disruptions to the line). Check-in instructions are easy and hassle-free. A small note: provide light sheets instead of the duvet especially during these summer months. Basically, I highly recommend it. ☺️

We have booked this accommodation for our family of 4. It is suitable for 6, but the bedroom in the back is a doubter,so fine for 2 small kids, but 2 teenagers not :-). But sofa bed is perfect. Everything else is available in the house as described. You have 1 TV in living room and 1 in master bedroom. It was inconvenient that the shower nozzle holder was missing, this makes showering less convenient, I would fix this, because the shower itself is really wonderful. The car is safely parked at the bottom of the parking lot. Within walking distance is public transport which gives access to Disney ( 50 min.) and of course Paris 30/40 minutes. It depends on which connection you take. We thought it was easy to do and so did the kids, in Paris you also do everything by public transport and the card is valid for all transportation, except to the airport. We took a weekly receipt, practical and no hassle with tickets. Wonderful midweek, really super host in terms of contact. Highly recommended this property! Thank you! Fam.Pol.

We loved the place. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to metro stations, close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful decor and ambience, specially the balcony. Sarah was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

It is a very nice apartment in a very quiet and safe area. Apartment is cozy and corresponds exactly to the pictures. If I were to stay in this area again, I would choose this apartment again.

We had a lovely stay at Nellia's. Warm welcome and easy access with the lockbox at the entrance. The studio is well optimized and equipped with everything you need to cook (including salt, pepper, oil and vinegar). The milk as well as the coffee pods and tea left available are very appreciable. Please note that bath towels are also provided. The accommodation is well located, close to the shops and parks of Gagny, and less than 10 minutes from the RER E train station. Convenient location for visiting Paris, even if it takes 30 to 40 minutes by RER to get to the tourist places of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was clean, neat, and well-organized. All essentials were thoughtfully provided — from bathroom and kitchen supplies to bedroom necessities. The host, Sonia, was incredibly friendly, kind, and approachable, which made the experience even better. The balcony view was a highlight — it was such a pleasure to enjoy dinner while overlooking the surroundings. The only minor challenge was that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, so climbing the stairs could be a bit tiring. Apart from that, it was an excellent stay with a fantastic host — truly a memorable Stay! Thank you Sonia ♥️

We spent 4 days in Paris. The location is ideal to spend the night a bit outside the center. The center can be reached by train and metro in a short time. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity! Parking, shopping or eating in a nice suburban area. The apartment itself is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children! Great cut, well maintained and clean. It was perfect for us! Raphael welcomed us kindly and promptly, gave precise instructions, that's how we want it! Thanks to Raphael!

We enjoyed our stay! It was very easy to use public transportation from this site and there were many great restaurants nearby.

Relaxing weekend not far from the seaside

Nelson was more than kind as I stayed the night before flying out. He helped me locate a restaurant open on Sunday (surprisingly good pizza) and when I was worried about locating the car rental return, he sent photos which helped immensely and made it much easier to navigate. The place was spotless and has lovely glass doors to open to let in the breeze. The flat was on the ground floor, so a large light-blocking screen allowed for privacy by lowering it to around knee level while leaving the doors open (or closing it to sleep). There are also blinds that let in lots of light, but they’re not helpful if the doors are open. If you want to return a full tank in a rental, I suggest you do it on your way to the flat - the flat is so close to the terminals you probably won’t pass a station (even the one that’s right before CDG) on your way. Also, the dedicated parking was great - perfect for rearranging items in luggage before loading the car. Overall, perfect for my CDG flight!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Everything was perfect!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
