Vacation rentals with a patio in Chelles

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

I've been on this platform for 4 years but it wasn't useful until Monday, June 2. Guest favorite for this Host and her love nest. Sonia is very responsive and really very nice. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are alone or with your spouse. Identical to the photos, easy to access for parking, shops everywhere 3/5 min max on foot. This accommodation is very well located. Quiet environment. And the last point is very important! Hygiene!!! I'm very particular about that and it's a 10/10. Thanks again Sonia, I'll be back without thinking.👌🏾

What a fabulous apartment. Had everything you needed. Nicely decorated. Comfy beds, fantastic shower. Communication was prompt, pleasant and helpful. Great position. Minutes from public transport. 10 minutes from Gare du Nord. Would definitely stay here again. Safe, private and quiet. A real gem

I had a wonderful stay in Elodie and Anthony's studio. The studio is perfectly equipped with everything we needed, everything was spotlessly clean and pleasantly scented. Elodie and Anthony were very attentive, responding quickly to any questions we had. In addition, the location is excellent, only 14 minutes from Disney studios. We recommend this place without a second thought!

The apartment is an oasis in the city. We felt very safe with two small children and enjoyed the peace and quiet after the trip to the city. The condo is well appointed and clean. Everything necessary and toys were available for the children. The metro is a few minutes' walk away, from there you can drive about 20 minutes to Notre Dame and other attractions. We particularly liked the beautiful, cozy terraces! With breakfast from the supermarket downstairs in the house, a great start to the day. Right on the next corner is a park with lots of play opportunities for children. So perfect for a family to combine city and play. But also very nice without children, there are 3 workplaces for remote work! We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

Very close to airport with free shuttle !!! A beautiful place loved it !!! Went for a walk in the area and such amazing and beautiful place great way to end our trip !! I would totally stay here again !!!

We stayed at Sabere's for a business trip, the apartment was a stone's throw from the construction site, which is very nice. It is very well located, a short walk to the RER train station, a large shopping mall and restaurants. The apartment is impeccably well-maintained and very pleasant, it is functional and well laid out, everything went very well. Thank you for the cookies, coffees and bottles of water, it may be a little thing but it's a very nice touch. Looking forward to coming back 😀

You can be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I highly recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well-equipped. Everything was functional: Jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with every comfort. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

The location is just perfect – ideal for visiting Disneyland: In a few minutes you are there, or you take the bus that stops right around the corner. The center of Paris can also be easily reached by public transport. The place itself was very well kept and comfortable. For us – four adults and one child – it was absolutely sufficient and offered everything we needed. Especially the lovingly landscaped garden was a highlight and a wonderful retreat for relaxation after exciting days. We would come back back. This place is highly recommended – for families, Disneyland visitors or Paris explorers alike. Thanks again for everything!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.
