Set within the heart of a Derbyshire Dales village but less than 3 miles away from the bars, eateries, shops and amenities of Uttoxeter. We are close to the A50 and A38 providing easy links to major motorways.

Beautiful Place in the heart of Staffordshire

Beautiful private guest suite attached to the main house. This lovely property is in the heart of Staffordshire Moorlands. We live within a small estate that is surrounded by the beautiful country side that is also a part of a quaint little town of Cheadle and surrounded by other small towns consisting of boutique shops. You will be pleased to hear that we are surrounded by lots of local attractions such as, Alton towers, Churnet valley railway, Trentham gardens and lots more.

Gorgeous stay with friends at the Green Cottage. Such a great space, and location. We were blessed with good weather. House spotlessly clean and lovely minimalist skandi vibe. All fixtures and fittings feel new and super stylish. Well equipped kitchen with great facilities and I’ve already recommend it to a number of friends. Small touches like milk and ice in the freezer make such a difference. Top host, we will be back. Xxxx

Amazing stay at this little retreat! Couldn’t fault it at all - super responsive host couldn’t have done more to help! Super clean, cosy, amazing views - the perfect getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cottage was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the bread milk and Prosecco left for us, and it was great that tea and coffee making facilities were all provided. The hot tub was a fantastic addition too. Communication was brilliant from Martin who replied within minutes. The only thing we struggled with was the driveway up to the cottage. It was incredibly tight, and where the neighbours had parked left us no room to turn around. We had to back the car down the driveway which took us about 15 minutes whilst trying not to scrape it against the walls either sides. We decided not to drive up again but there was no free parking outside the driveway unfortunately. But this was the only negative, everything else was perfect

I had a fantastic stay at Sam’s place! The home was exactly as described clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth and communication was quick and helpful throughout. The little touches, like fresh flowers, fresh cake, fresh milk made the experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alton towers if you’re not looking at staying onsite.
