1 bedroom relaxing cottage with a pullout sofa for additional guests. This cottage has a full kitchen - 1 bath and a very nice deck where you can hear the sounds of Ketners Mill dam. This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses.

Beautiful 2-bedroom cottage located in Lookout Valley, TN. Please make sure you read the house rules! Located 10-15 minutes from downtown chattanooga and conveniently located 2 miles from I-24 ramp. We have a $30 dollar pet fee per stay for 2 pets additional pets will be more, so please keep that in mind when booking. All you have to do is select that you are bringing pets, and it will automatically be added to your booking. *Pets should not be left unattended in the yard!

The Milk Barn Cottage

Built in the late 1940's as a working milk barn, the Milk Barn Cottage is 800 sq. ft of cozy comfort. The cottage is near the foot of Monteagle Mountain in the beautiful Pelham Valley. We are half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga, about 2 miles off exit 127 on I-24. The Caverns is about an 8 minute drive away. Pelham has quaint restaurants to visit plus all of the natural beauty in our area. We are also just 13 miles from Sewanee and the University of the South.
