Townhome vacation rentals in Chattahoochee River

This AirBNB is in EXCELLENT location in NorthAugusta. It’s within walking distance of multiple restaurants and minor league baseball stadium. The unit itself was very comfortable, we enjoyed the balcony, and had access to golf cart (for small fee). It’s definitely on the list for a return visit.

We had a very pleasant stay. Clean and cozy with just the space we needed. Thank you Don you were awesome. We will definitely stay at any of your locations.

The host thought of everything needed in the kitchen, we were able to cook our meals without needing to buy any utensils or prep tools. The house was tidy. The location was perfect so many things to do near by. The water park is literally located behind the townhomes complex. I would recommend and definitely would stay again in the future.

Everything was great except location. If you don’t mind that, it’s perfect.

Was very relaxing when I was able to come back from the VA hospital to shower and eat. I never got to sleep in the bed because I was at the hospital all night. It served its purpose. To come back & shower & change. I spent only a few hours there Andy made my process with this and my brother advanced cancer diagnosis easier telling me if I needed anything. as far as having someone on hand who said if I needed anything to let him know The only downside and the was my fault was I paid to much for the little time I spent there. That’s not Andy’s fault. Andy Thank you for your kindness and support!

The natural light in this townhome is beautiful. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed gorgeous views of the surrounding forest, making it easy to relax. The decor is tasteful and comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. The setting was quiet, and the community was kind and welcoming. This is a place I would gladly return to.

This place was perfect for our mother/daughter girls’ trip (6 of us attending a concert). The townhome has a clean, sleek, contemporary aesthetic with comfy beds and a convenient location located in a nice, quiet community. While we encountered a minor issue upon arrival with fruit flies in the unit (We later discovered this was due to the trash in the garage not being removed prior to our arrival, however I do suspect that this may have been a one-off issue.), Yaw was attentive and responsive to our concerns. Also, the girls liked having the opportunity to use the community pool, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay. It was a large, clean and light townhouse. Large bedrooms; good size, fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds with thick, buttery soft cotton sheets (I had to check the brand!) It became out home away from home for the four nights we were there. Safe location, with a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Clint’s place! Convenient location in the city. Amazingly quiet. Fantastic view of the city off the deck and from the master bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again! 10/10

Everything was refinished or new (mostly new). Spotlessly clean. Spacious rooms. Nicely furnished. Kitchen very well stocked with dishware and cookware. Great mattress, firm but not too firm; I slept great. Quiet surroundings. It was a cool night in June and had the windows open. I am sensitive to chemical scents, but there were no chemical scents here. Everything was just super clean without any chemical odors -- especially the bedding and towels -- I so appreciated that. Stayed here for one night on a journey. Would definitely stay here again. If this is a good location for you, just book this place!

The location alone was amazing, for my short stay the Airbnb had everything I needed and more . Everything was walking distance . Will recommend to all to not only visit downtown but more importantly book Scott’s Airbnb

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and looked like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed walking to a Braves game from the place. Great location and close to many restaurants and shopping and can easily get on two different highways within five minutes, which was helpful for us when we were going to multiple locations for baseball tournament games. Host was always responsive and super friendly! We would definitely stay again!

The townhouse felt like a welcoming home where we could relax, freely use kitchen, etc. - Just like I was in my own home. I’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s where I felt that even opening a kitchen drawer was an intrusion into someone else’s space. That was not the case here. We felt completely free and welcome to use the spaces to suit our needs. We were in town for a Memorial Service so we had numerous foods and flower prep activities. It was the perfect space with everything we needed. Kat’s townhouse is comfortable, the downstairs open layout is spacious, beds, pillows were comfortable - an all around easy space. Great restaurants and shops are near by, especially for Atlanta area distances. We would stay here again if in the area.

Great location with heaps of cute/local shops and restaurants to visit. Host were super friendly and their recommendations were spot on. We would certainly stay here again. Our only wish is that we sat on the roof top area more!!

Everything was just impeccable. The cottage is loaded with amenities. Great value for money. Also the baths had premium soaps , conditioners and shampoos. The host also leaves behind snacks and sweats . Strongly recommended .

We had a great stay at the townhome. It was in a great location to explore the area towns and all the waterfall hiking in the area. The location was quiet. The split level design of the townhome was nice, because the two bedrooms felt like they had more privacy. Master bed and bath was very spacious. Kitchen was nice and well equipped. It was more up to date then the listing pics. We never used the resort amenities, but we did check out the rec center and it was nice. As a side note, you have to drive just a bit up the road to use those facilities. Also, make sure you read all the check in instructions if you are coming in after hours or on a Sunday! Overall, a great experience and would stay again.

Levon was easy to work with. The place had all amenities listed and bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was hot and great pressure. Having two separate sink/toilet areas was nice. It can be challenging to maneuver suitcases up the stairs but that is noted in the listing. It was very quiet and peaceful, I'm not sure if anyone was on the other side of the home. I found the price high, but that may be common for the area. The neighborhood felt very safe and wish we'd had more time to walk it. Were just there for one night traveling through town.

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. Pretty much everything we needed was there. Anthony was extremely responsive and so nice. I would definitely stay at Anthony’s place again. Thank you for a great stay!
