Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chattahoochee River

We really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. They left clear instructions and we didn't have any issues. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Lisa is an amazing hostess. She was available always and helpful with the area. The home was peaceful, serene and relaxing. The space was clean - had lots of kitchen items for your stay. Plenty of space for us. There was only 3 but gosh definitely plenty of space for 6. Sunroom, living room dining room and kitchen was definitely a congregation area. We will be back !!

Nothing but great things to say! Our host was super nice and responded quickly when we needed to communicate! The cabin is on the side of a mountain so you get beautiful views! With that being said I wouldn’t recommend driving at night if not used to driving mountain roads and the description of the road is accurate it’s a one way with some pull off areas for traversing. You don’t have to have 4 wheel drive during non winter season but there are people with cars that live there but we wouldn’t have felt comfortable to do that. The stairs to go up to the master bedroom are steep as she said but they have a non slip grip tape on each step and there are gates at every level for children/pets. The hot tub was so nice and was already up and running when we arrived. There were towels, dishes, some condiments, and a decent amount of kitchen utensils and such. Downtown blue ridge and ellijay are both pet friendly places! Amicalola state park is beautiful with an easy hike to the waterfall.

Our family of seven, including an infant, was very content at the Red Door. There is a looong list of amenities that are provided, including many items for infants. We had zero issues, and it was a perfect spot for a wedding in downtown Decatur and visiting friends in midtown. Dom was always there to answer questions and was proactive with details. We enjoyed our visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home and surrounding area were both beautiful. Loved having a peaceful, private place and still being just a quick drive to so many places. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting anywhere in the area!

Shannon was amazing! This was our first stay at an AirBnB and it could not have been any better. Shannon was so accommodating and went over and beyond to help us out. Her special touches, like fresh eggs from her chickens, helped to make our stay a little less stressful. We were in town for a wedding and there were people in and out throughout the weekend. Shannon even offered to walk the dog for us while we were at the reception. She is amazing! We plan to come back for a more relaxing trip soon.

Beautiful, amazing and perfect for a getaway with friends or romantic stay. Architecturally stunning. Great example of mid-century modern with lots of cut outs, glass and details. Not for the mobile challenged (stairs and a bit of a walk from the car parking) and lots of glass (you give some privacy with other house mates) so if that is not your thing, I wouldn't recommend it. Very quiet except when you open the doors to the waterfall. First day, some water cascading over but after a rain it was all white and mesmerizing. Beds are small but very comfortable. I was able to cook some great meals and they had a lot of items you don't always have, like aluminum foil. Took the hosts recommendation for a vineyard (distillery was the highlight) and a stop in Toccoa, GA. Just book it and enjoy.

This place was a dream come true for my 9 and 13 year old nieces! They were thrilled to spend time looking through each detail in the house! The house was comfortable and provided all the needed amenities to enjoy a relaxing time. It was easy to find, and Jeff was so nice and accommodating. The attention to detail is top notch in this space - sure to bring smiles and lasting memories for any fan of this genre! We appreciated how clean the house was, and the sheets and towels were quality and comfortable. Highly recommend for a unique stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the late check-out accommodation, which made my trip even smoother. The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

Lovely, historic home in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is superb. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail are an easy walk from the house. One criticism—the house is a duplex and if both sides are rented it can be loud. In my opinion, the need to be mindful of noise should be made more emphatically in the notes sent to renters.

You feel right at home when you walk in the door. It’s a beautiful and peaceful location and within driving distance to popular cities in TN, NC and GA. My kids loved the board games and finding all of the wonderful toys. The view from the hot tub was magnificent. Even though they are a pet friendly location, they keep this space spotless. There were no pet odors and all of the furniture and beds were free of pet hair. We can’t wait to go back to this location again!!

Great place, good management, and reasonable prices. Barely interacted with the owners, which was ideal for my group. You are trusted to check in and out without supervision. The location is beautiful, and there are PLENTY of beds.

We highly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the covered screened in porch, as it rained for much of our stay. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Damien is helpful and friendly and responded quickly. Overall this is one of the nicer Air Bnb's we have stayed in. We will definitely be back and stay at one of his properties in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in Bent Tree. The place was very clean and well stocked. Loved the covered decked downstairs, and the enclosed area off of it worked very well for our small dog.

This property is wonderful! Such a great location for visiting attractions in Atlanta and then being able to escape the heavy traffic and hectic city and retreat to this beautiful and relaxing lake house. We almost thought the listing photos were "too good to be true," but they aren't! The property is just as great in person as it looks in the listing. And, Troy was an EXCELLENT host! He was super responsive to every message and question that we sent, and he even made a special trip to the property to personally address a minor item that came up during our stay. If you are reading this review because you are considering a stay at this property, read no more, and book it fast before the dates are taken! Their house/villa was perfect for the number of guys we had for golf across the street at Callaway. A very nice den and dining area made it easy for fellowship, and the beds were comfortable. Our little group of 12 will definitely put this on the A list for future accommodations.

My family felt safe and highly entertained with all the activities and pool time spent while not at the Braves’ games. The hosts are sweet people, and communicative—Clean and modern decor throughout the home, with smart technology features, that will keep you content. Surprisingly, they possessed an abundance of toddler toys, as well as sleeping/eating resources. These came in clutch for the little one. Thanks!

The house was spacious, beautiful, organized, and clean and was one of the best that we've stayed in to date. I DO wish that the hosts would allow more than 10 people as the house can hold more. 😁 The hosts, communicated thoroughly, promptly, and regualry regardless of the time of the day. They also looked to accomodate in every way possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We recommend the home as well as Melanie and Sue as hosts. Looking forward to staying here again in the future as the house and location was awesome.
