Located just 18 km from Thiers (the capital of cutlery), 25 km from Vichy (with its thermal baths, parks, and opera house), 75 km from Le Palais d'Aix-les-Bains, and 50 km from Clermont-Ferrand, the house can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children).

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

Enjoy various nearby walking paths and exceptional tourist sites (Puy-de-Dôme and its chain of Auvergne volcanoes, Vichy, queen of the spa towns, small villages of character such as Châteldon or Charroux...)

Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).
