Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Vichy.

Cottage (F2) with air conditioning, 4 people in the countryside

This 35 m2 cottage is attached to the guest house but separated by a central room that allows guests to have the desired tranquility in a large wooded area. The accommodation has a double bed in a bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, easily accommodating 4 people. A baby bed can be provided free of charge upon request. The terrace will welcome you for alfresco dining facing the beautifully landscaped garden. Sheets and towels are provided. See you soon.

The house has been recently refurbished, it has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with covered terrace opening onto a living/dining room + (cellar and toilet). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with terrace or balcony, bathroom, dressing room, toilet. A 382 m2 lot The house, due to its architecture, is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Indeed, before arriving at this peaceful retreat, there are stairs.

Come and stay in our private studio, ideal for couples. Close to Châtel-Guyon, Riom and Clermont-Ferrand, it is the ideal place for those wishing to relax. A stone's throw from nature, it is the ideal place for hiking fans or simply passing through the area. We welcome you to our guest room located on the ground floor of our house . The price includes the night and breakfasts made up of organic or local products. Linens and towels are provided , cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay. From September to June, we offer a packed lunch for 2 people at €33 (homemade soup, Auvergne terrine, St Nectaire fermier, homemade bread, cottage cheese verrine with fruit) + €7 with a bottle of Chateaugay.

In the countryside, in an outbuilding of my property, this 70 m2 accommodation on 2 levels has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 spacious adjoining bedrooms, baby kit and a large outdoor area with private terrace of 80 m2 and parking. It is less than 10 minutes from the A71 and A89 highway junction, exit 12.1 Combronde and all amenities. This place is air-conditioned, non-smoking and pet friendly.
