Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Independent studio on the ground floor of my house. A spacious room with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. Room with table, chairs. No kitchen. refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle (tea, coffee, sugar provided). Bed & Bath Linen provided Chairs and table outside. wiFi Located in the Écrins Park, Lac de Serre Ponçon swimming, boating, Queyras Regional Park. Walk. I only accept handi 'hounds. no heating.

For nature lovers, a small 20 m2 wooden chalet located 1000 meters above sea level, in a commune of the Écrins National Park, a few kilometers from the Queyras Regional Nature Park and close to Lake Serre Ponçon. A main room + mezzanine. Ideal for 2 adults (or 2 adults + 2 children maximum). The rental is from May to October with the possibility of short stays outside the summer season.
