Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) activities and tourist sites (Chocolate Museum, Via-Rhôna, Petit Train de l'Ardèche...). 5 min to the bus station, 12 min to the TER train station, all on foot. The rental apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, plus another room with 120 bed and 1 90 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a large living/kitchen area, a 40 m2 veranda, a wooded park with large 5X10 pool. Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.

Come and recharge your batteries amid the orchards, ideal for a relaxing or business stay. There are many walks, visits and discoveries to be had in the area.
