Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

To recharge your batteries in Villard de Lans, a friendly and dynamic mid-mountain resort, our studio (south-facing with balcony) is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, cable cars and the start of hikes and mountain bike trails. In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports activities or relax while enjoying the calm and landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

Relaxing break in Vercors

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on the pedestrian street in the center of the village, you will have access to the ski slopes by a free shuttle 100 m from the apartment. You can also enjoy all the village amenities on foot: shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, ice rink, bowling alley, casino. The living room/kitchen opens onto a south-facing balcony and the bedroom opens onto a quiet garden. Free parking 50 m away.

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Accessible by car, Grenoble city center is 15 min and ski resorts 45 min The apartment consists of a very large living room, equipped with a stove and reversible air conditioning, a 160 cm TV, a kitchen equipped with an American fridge, and a mezzanine, a real cocoon with a view of the stars thanks to the velux.

Trapper's cabin since August 2020

For an instinctive desire to feel good. Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of nature in a trapper's cabin. The forest its smells, the sky, the sound of water. Small 20 m2 chalet

Small cottage overlooking the Vercors. Great for hiking 7 kms from Col de l 'Arzelier, near Gresse en vercors 10 kms, 25 km from Lake Monteynard and 13 km from Monestier de Clermont (where shops are located: intermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) Pets not allowed. For any electric vehicle charging, please let me know. Indeed, the rental does not include recharging.

Wilderness and modern comforts

Warning: The resort no longer has ski lifts!!! Alpine skiing possible in Gresse en Vercors (20 min by car) 28 m² refurbished, with stunning views of the East balcony of Vercors, Located in the very small resort of "Col de l'Arzelier" (1150 m). Take a break from the wild during the day, and enjoy comfort in the evening!
