Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban

We were traveling with two toddlers, and Sandrine's home lent itself perfectly to that! A spacious enclosed terrace, a large open living-kitchen, an incredibly quiet area. Place enough for everyone! Sandrine is very helpful and filled the pool especially for these crazy Belgians, who already wanted to take a refreshing dip. On Thursday and Friday, you wake up to the smell of freshly baked organic bread in the bakery under the house. If you also bring this bread in, your day will be complete! Thank you Sandrine!

Our stay was perfect from the moment Corina greeted us so warm and welcoming, to the level of comfort, cleanliness and relaxation at her wonderful apartment. She had thought of everything and we especially loved the outdoor seating area and pool to relax in after a full day of exploring. Waking up each morning in comfort and total silence, this was a haven for us after 7 weeks of travelling and would have to be one of my favourite accomodations out of all our travels. Would highly recommend this to all, and especially thank Corina for being such a wonderful host.

We had a great time in Salignac at Gil and Line's. Quiet accommodation in a peaceful and relaxing environment in nature. Close to the main points of interest in the area, this is an ideal accommodation for hiking, biking, cultural or relaxing visits.

Josiane and Jean Paul's cottage was the perfect getaway we were looking for, secluded but not remote a perfect place to escape the chaos of the world! The location is pristine and filled with enchanting sights, sounds and smells that feed the soul, to healing proportions! Our hosts were very accommodating and had no problem going the extra mile, they truly made us feel at home.

Always perfect, this Love Room! Very clean and tidy. Functional equipment. Hearty breakfast. The atmosphere is perfect on arrival, soft lighting, lit candles and relaxing music. I highly recommend this place. The host Denis is very friendly and responsive.

Genevieve is very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was missing, a pleasant space. Lots of nice little touches, like fresh flowers in vases. I would highly recommend it A peaceful place surrounded by nature and quiet. Beautiful, thank you Genevieve and who knows, maybe another time.

Xavier's place was beautiful with lots of space inside and a gorgeous front yard. Lots of animals in the area such as horses, sheep, and cats!

5-day stay at Lauren's home. Beautiful house with all the necessary accessories and clean. We were in a quiet place and could eat and rest outside. Lauren is very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend Lauren's house for your stays in Haute Provence. Thank you for everything.

An excellent apartment in the heart of the old town. Beautifully decorated with charming French antiques and art but not over decorated at all, a selection of pretty dishes and glassware that made lunches and breakfast from the daily farmers’ market in Aix a joy to prepare. Spacious, clean, super comfortable bed, elegant tub and shower, accommodations for our baby. The list goes on. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Moments from the best cafes, boulangeries and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much and slept very well here. The only thing to note with luggage and a baby, is there is no elevator and it’s 6 floors up. A good workout in the heat but the place is air conditioned and beautiful so it’s worth it. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Visited Sisteron because of a Sourdough Viennoiserie course. After staying a few nights in Nice, prior to driving to Sisteron, in a not-so-comfy Airbnb, walking into this space was exciting because my sister and I felt right at home. We were only a 5 minute walk away from the center of town and only a 7 minute drive to a grocery store. Also, the train station is a 5 minute walk away. There's also two gas stations close by which was super convenient since we rented a car. The kitchen was equipped with so much and, we had fun cooking some meals while there. If I ever end up in Sisteron again, I will rent this space out!

The place is quiet, peaceful, and perfect to unwind. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The welcome was warm, with great availability. We immediately felt good there. The accommodation was perfect and we truly enjoyed the countryside of France. The house was very private and the surrounding was lovely. The house is filled with all kinds of amenities you could need and more. Beautiful large apartment, cozy, extremely well-equipped, 2 steps from downtown Digne-les-Bains. Anne-Sophie and Thierry are lovely and made themselves available despite our late arrival. The value for money is unbeatable. We recommend 1000%!

Thanks to Laurence for hosting us, her accommodation is very well-equipped (like home), spacious with a private garden and quiet. Beautiful birdsong and no annoying barking. we enjoyed the calm, the Sainte Victoire mountain as well as the hike of the 2 dams (Bimont and Zola). Perfect

The accommodation offered is very clean and very well equipped. The bedrooms are large and the living/dining room spacious and very bright. I would recommend this rental. The owner is very attentive and available.

Apartment as described, everything is well arranged to feel good. Basic essentials (oil, salt, sugar) are on site. A pleasant outdoor area for dining or sunbathing. A big advantage, the proximity to the city you can do everything on foot, the Saturday morning market, the lake and the ride with the little tourist train that takes you to the foot of the citadel, a bakery in front of the rental. In addition, parking is in front of the house which is closed by a gate and therefore secure. Regarding the noise, since the rental is right next to the train station, we were not disturbed more than that. To emphasize Mike's kindness and kindness, we will definitely come back to Sisteron

Very nice, well-equipped studio, comfortable bedding! We had a 10-hour drive, self check-in is really convenient. Virginie is very responsive in exchanges, it's appreciable. We recommend this listing, and if we return to the area, we will gladly rent it again!

Damien was an AMAZING host! We had a funny emergency with the washing machine that resulted in him buying a new one for us during our stay. He was so fast to act and was just an incredible host. This is a great apartment if you have a car whilst in Aix, the underground private space is perfect. We enjoyed using the pool too! Thank you so much Damien
