In the city center, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

With a surface area of 120 m2, the cottage is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, near the Parc des Volcans d 'Auvergne recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will find all the amenities in our village of Tauves (bakeries, butcher, SPAR ...) Consisting of 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom/WC, equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV, fenced park, parking. Possibility of renting sheets €10/bed and towels €6/person. Optional cleaning fee €70.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, a living room/kitchen and a shower room/toilet!
