It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen open to the living room and balcony with mountain views for a surface area of 60 m². Free parking is available on-site. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by greenery The apartment is southeast-facing, which allows you to fully enjoy the balcony even in summer.
