From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease, like I was coming home rather than just checking into a place to stay. The host was absolutely incredible warm, attentive, and truly empathetic to my situation. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always available to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and thoughtfulness made my entire stay a beautiful breeze. The space was not only comfortable but radiated a sense of peace and care. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking this gem again for my next trip—couldn’t recommend it more highly!

The place had everything I needed and the upstairs lounge area made me feel like I was in a different place, which was really refreshing. Louise went out of her way to make me feel warm and comfortable and was constantly communicating with me, even when I forgot to respond ☺️ (sorry about that), she was always pleasant. The place was extremely clean, neat, safe and beautiful. It is exactly as described. I would be happy to return again the next time I am in South Africa.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed pashira’s home. Jessica was so responsive & helpful, they even provided extra fans when requested because of the heat, definitely would recommend. By far one of the best hosts I’ve experienced.

From the moment we arrived, settling in was a breeze especially of the long day of moving house we’d had that day. Checking in was relatively easy with clear instructions from our host. The apartment was stylish and thoughtfully decorated, with a warm, welcoming feeling. Everything was clean and well cared for, and it felt like real attention had been paid to every detail. The location was quite convenient – just minutes from shopping spots, restaurants, and anything else you might need. Our host Mponeng is the real MVP – she is friendly, communicative, and always quick to assist if we had a question. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay.

The property was simply amazing. The rooms were big each with lovely ensuite bathrooms. It has a well appointed kitchen and a large dining room table that would sit 10 people very comfortably. An added bonus is the dining room table converts to a pool table. The area is extremely quiet away from the hussle and bustle of Johannesburg and superbly situated to get to the various golf courses we were playing as well as some great restaurants. It has all the facilities for entertaining outside including a swimming pool which would be amazing in the summer months, as well as a large garden. The house is kept spotless by housekeeping who came in every day (except Sunday) to clean and make up the rooms. Finally, I cannot say enough about our host Charmaine. Very friendly and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank you Charmaine, you were brilliant and we all thank you for letting us feel so at home!

This house is amazing!!! The fireplace room is like being in a fairytale! It’s so cool. The hosts are amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

Victor’s place was amazing! Private and had everything that was needed. The staff were friendly and assisted us with everything. The place is very clean and beautiful! I highly recommend his place to anyone.

It was a pleasure staying at Charmaine’s. The house is spacious, very well equipped and comfortable - a real home away from home. The garden was also a welcome distraction for the kids. I would stay there again with pleasure. Thank you for everything Charmaine and Stefan we were so grateful for the house during a difficult few days. We felt safe and comfortable.

The only downside to our trip was not being able to extend our stay - a very beautiful home with lots of personality in a safe neighbourhood. We especially enjoyed the garden and it served as a great backdrop for photos. The rooms were large and each had its own special touch. Mini was very kind and Ezna, our caretaker was readily available to help with the tiny snags we had here and there, not to mention the housekeeping tasks she's available to assist with - please feel free to tip her.

Wonderful short stay at Ingrids place. Pristine accomodation in beautiful suburb with easy access to transport/e hailing services. Host is super friendly and attended to all my needs.

Dieter’s apartment was exactly what we wanted - so we to could visit an elderly relative very nearby when over from the UK. It was spacious, clean, very secure and well-equipped. The welcome from both Dieter and his wife Brigitte was extremely warm and friendly and we look forward to another visit to base ourselves there in the not too distant future. Thank you so much for all your help!

I had a wonderful stay at Tia and Mandy’s place. Both hosts were always very responsive and immediately took action if anything required it (which there was very little need for). The location of this studio apartment is also perfect for someone that needs to be close to amenities like a pharmacy, great restaurants and grocery stores. I had friendly neighbors and the security at the complex is top notch. Please note that the washing machine is not in the unit but within a laundry room in the complex. I wont hesitate to recommend this little gem to anyone needing a weekend away or a short stay with all the comforts of home.

I had a wonderful stay at Lebogang's place! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The location was great, and [ Hosts was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout my stay. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Jason was an excellent host. He was very approachable and proactive with communication. We were very clear on how to access the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is well-fitted and close to all exciting things in Sandton while being private. Will definitely be staying here again!
