Das Haus wurde komplett modernisiert und saniert, wobei der Studiocharakter des ehemaligen Architekturbüros erhalten blieb. Our unique apartment is located in the beautiful district Steglitz in a quiet, tree-lined side street (dead end). The houses has been completely modernized and refurbished, preserving the studio character of the former architectural office.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

In der Nähe finden Sie einige Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe und Netto die in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Nur 100 Meter entfernt sind 2 Bushaltestellen mit drei Linien, eine davon fährt direkt zum Flughafen BER. Der S-Bhf Adlershof und die Haltestelle Altglienicke sind bequem in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
