House vacation rentals in Berlin

Very large house with garden, a little difficult to find because the GPS goes through the wrong street, but just walk around the block. All home supplies are included, linens and bedding are a little old but clean. The plus point is the space available, as the house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location is very good, 1 hour from public transport from the airport and 30 minutes from Brandenburg Gate. Great stay for our family of 6, thank you so much!

We wanted to experience 5 days in Berlin and find some peace in nature in the morning and evening. And that was exactly what was super possible in Dagmar's cute house with garden. We also had our dog with us, who loved the garden, the park right outside the garden door and the nearby lake. Just like us. Even my two teenagers - 19 and 15 years old - were very enthusiastic. Sure, the cottage is not necessarily luxurious, that's just due to the year of construction, but we didn't need that at all. Some details really delighted us, such as the double windows. The location is absolutely quiet and fantastic. By the way, we left our car behind and took the bus and train to the city comfortably. In the garden there is even a campfire area with benches and a kettle grill. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even a washing machine. Dagmar is super sweet and helpful. We can recommend her and her house 100%.

Beautiful and large house in quiet and beautiful residential area of Berlin. Car parking spot right in front of the door. With the S-Bahn you are easily in the middle of Berlin. Nice restaurant in the private neighborhood (Hafenkuche), supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, bakery is a 10-minute walk away. View of the Spree. Hosts respond very quickly to messages.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

A cozy space in a cozy neighborhood. It really felt like home. The apartment has all the comforts and is a great base for all the beauty that Berlin has to offer. Christian is a great host who responds quickly and adequately. Our stay with two teenagers was great!

Great accommodation for several people and a great host who was always available. The place offers everything you need. Grade: 1 There would be an asterisk if the cutlery was available several times and you could possibly offer games (for indoors or outdoors). The garden is well maintained and seating and a parasol are provided.

It was a fantastic and exceptionally clean place. Everything was exactly as described, with no mistakes whatsoever. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great place in a quiet location. Good connection to the S-Bahn, which can also be reached in 10 minutes. Within walking distance. And in the front yard there is even space for 2 cars to park. I'd go back there. And the highlight of the garden for the dog! I'm curious to see what the beautiful villa will become when everything is renovated! We will definitely love to come back!

Nice place, very private.

We had a wonderful stay at Ilona‘s house. Everything was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. We had all we needed and Ilona and her husband were very responsive and proactive and helped quickly when we had little wishes that made our stay even more comfortable. We used Ilona‘s place for our trips to Berlin by train (about 30-40min) and were able to sleep well in a quiet neighborhood at night and be in buzzing Berlin during the day. There are also beautiful nature areas with lakes in a 15-20min driving range. We were 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space in Ilona‘s house as well as the garden. There’s a great Asian restaurant in walking distance as well as an Imbiss for quick meals, a bakery and an ice cream shop in walking distance. We would recommend Ilona’s place to anyone who is looking for a similar as described experience. Thank you, Ilona and Torsten!

We had a great stay! Carola was just super super nice. Unfortunately, our arrival time was repeatedly postponed because we were stuck in a nasty traffic jam. We always communicated this to Carola and it was no problem at all, as she allowed us to arrive flexibly. The place was small and fine. Everything you needed in the kitchen was available. (However, we did not cook.) Outside, you could comfortably sit in a corner in the garden. The neighborhood was quiet and the settlement, with its various houses, very interesting. Only: the showers were already very, very small and narrow. 😅 You could have taken a larger model, because there would be space for it. 😉 But actually, there's really nothing negative here. We would (and would like to) come again. Thank you for a great stay, Carola!

We have enjoyed staying at this location. Quiet and beautifully located. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. In the living room, you had to put a chair in the living room. A very friendly welcome by Caroline who gave a lot of good explanations about everything in the house but also how to travel by public transport to the center of Berlin. I can recommend this place to everyone. In short, we enjoyed this place and our stay in Berlin.

Very nice and cozy apartment. Big thanks to the owner, since we had some bad communication in our firm and our guys didn't leave at the time they were supposed to. The owner was very friendly and helpful, understood our problem and was really cool about it! Thanks again!

We spent wonderful days in this fantastic house and garden. We were eight women and nine children and everyone was equally enthusiastic. The garden is a small paradise. Everyone has found their personal highlight. Be it the Hollywood swing, the chickens, the bathtub, the cherry tree, the cat or the large table at which there was room for everyone. Everything in the house is lovingly furnished, well-maintained and everything is sufficiently available. We felt completely comfortable, were able to breathe deeply, enjoy nature and spend a very special time together.

Something very fine

If you're looking for a break in the Berlin area, this is the place to be! It really is an excellent house with hot tub and sauna. Both were very clean - as well as the rest of the house.

We had a great time at the apartment. The apartment is spacious, the equipment is fine, it lacks nothing. The garden is beautiful and invites you to relax. Our son was especially happy about the play equipment in the garden. The lake is just a stone's throw away. The hosts are super nice, helpful and can always come up with tips and recommendations. We will be happy to come back!

I spent a wonderful weekend with my friends in the lovingly furnished vacation home. We had a relaxing and all-around lovely time. Nico and his family have designed the house with a lot of heart and a high standard of quality – you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped (probably better than our own!) and left nothing to be desired when cooking. The spa area with sauna and hot tub was a real highlight and perfectly rounded off our wellness weekend. I would also like to highlight Nico's communication: always friendly, helpful and available at any time. Our wishes were all fulfilled – we couldn't have imagined it better. A clear recommendation – both for the house and for the great host family.

My girlfriend and I traveled to Jana's place to relax and she was perfect for it! The surrounding area is very beautiful and it is very quiet. You're very private. The outdoor area is very inviting and beautifully designed. The sauna and pool are perfect for relaxing. The interior is tidy and offers everything you need! The place is really perfect for a quiet relaxing trip. We felt super comfortable and will definitely return!

We were 6 adults and a toddler visiting Ingo. We really liked it very much, the location was a bit outside and you had to walk about 20 minutes to the S-Bahn station but Ingo had already informed us in advance and we knew what we were getting into. We had a great time at the place and can recommend it with a clear conscience.
