Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Nice apartment + cheap due to scaffolding

++ Cheap due to construction site ++ I'm currently renting for a fairly low price because there's scaffolding in front of the facade and painting work is taking place. The house is currently being repainted. Inside, you can live normally. But the view is currently obscured. There's adhesive film on the windows. Every now and then, you can hear a freight elevator for the painters. Otherwise, I recommend it :)

Newly renovated apartment at Charlottenburg Castle

We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).

Von hier aus kannst Du die Stadt erkunden, in Kürze nach Potsdam, ins Berliner Umland fahren und fußläufig um die Ecke liegt die Berliner Messe, das Olympiastadion und die Waldbühne! Enjoy a great experience at my centrally-located, well equipped place. Viktoria Luise Platz is a 5 min Walk and the metro station Spichernstrasse is 2 min walking distance. My street is a dead-end so it’s very quiet.
