This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Nice apartment + cheap due to scaffolding

++ Cheap due to construction site ++ I'm currently renting for a fairly low price because there's scaffolding in front of the facade and painting work is taking place. The house is currently being repainted. Inside, you can live normally. But the view is currently obscured. There's adhesive film on the windows. Every now and then, you can hear a freight elevator for the painters. Otherwise, I recommend it :)

We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome .
