We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.

Relax in this home originally built as a summer cottage to escape the city! Seabreeze has that laidback feel to help you unwind and have some fun! Walk to the beach, lighthouse on the pier, restaurants and bars, Seabreeze Amusement Park, bowling, and putt-putt. Miles of trails out the front door! 10 minutes from the city. Dogs welcome! No big property management company. This is my bachelorette pad, run by me! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I loved living here!

The upstairs bedroom loft is very open and not conducive to late morning sleep ins!

In-law apartment with private entrance and completely furnished separated from main house by a hallway and 2 doors. Quiet suburban neighborhood yet not far from expressways, airport, shopping centers, colleges, and restaurants. Greater Rochester Airport is only 15 minutes away and Roberts Wesleyan College is 2 minutes! Driveway is shared with owner but has plenty of parking space.
