Monthly Rentals in Charlotte County

We enjoyed a 2 month stay here. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry making everything ready to use. Place was spotless and had lots of added comforts like extra pillows, cozy throws and plenty of towels and hangers. The balcony overlooks the golf course and the clubhouse is literally only steps away. Publix, UPS and a several restaurants are close by as well. We highly recommend our host, Joey and his lovely place.

House was clean, and loved it !

Alison was very helpful and made us feel at home. The place was everything that was advertised and more. Great location walkable. Being on the water was nice. Sitting on the screened lanai was comfortable to watch the boat traffic. Very clean and well stocked. Pool was nice and the grill was good. Great vacation. Would definitely rent again.
