We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

This triplex, that amounts to a five bedroom, 4 bathroom house worked exceptionally well to accommodate my three friends and me…All appliances worked well and we literally did not have any problems whatsoever … it is a Very safe location way up in the mountain; so safe was it that we never had to be concerned about locking the doors, day or night… I recommend this location without reservation! I’ve stayed at a variety of Airbnb properties in St Thomas and Haagensen House is my favorite for its uniqueness and privacy. The property manager, Harold, met me near the airport to ensure I found my way - I encourage future renters to do the same as nav systems can be spotty on the island. The decor was refreshing and nailed the old town vibe of Charlotte Amalie - I loved the colors and wood details throughout. The entry garden is breathtaking and the expansive patio overlooking the water was such a pleasant surprise - I couldn’t believe it was all mine. The AC in the bedrooms worked well and at night, there was a nice breeze if you kept the doors open in the main space. The hosts are the NICEST people!! I travel with my small dog and finding dog friendly accommodations in STT is very difficult. We were welcomed with open arms. They were so thoughtful, following up to make sure we were settled okay and didn’t need anything. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality

Absolutely worth whatever is charged! The landscaping is so beautiful, the residence is immaculate, the hosts anticipated our every need, and we felt very safe and protected. The pool is amazing as are the views. Nearby grocery stores made it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to eat in. Easy to drive to restaurants. Cannot say enough good things about this villa. Brittany and Robert were quick to respond to any questions we had. Trust their recommendations. We spent a great day on a cruse to the British Virgin Islands with Justin, one of the captains of Salty Daze. It was wonderful and highly recommended to us by Brittany.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house. It exceeded our expectations, and the house was in excellent condition. The morning coffee on the patio was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved the secluded location of the house, but it was still just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. Baron was an amazing host who even gave us some mango and coconuts from his backyard. The three AC units in the house were a huge plus, and the fully stocked kitchen was a great convenience. We would love to return to the USVI and stay here again. 10/10.

Just wow!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for about 30 years, mostly staying in St. John… but the views from this villa were the best we have ever had! The villa was just extremely practical and homey! The king beds and cold AC helped us to recover from long days of hikes, snorkels, beaches, and shopping! The decor was so nice and we loved the live plants and orchids! We enjoyed the huge tv as we watched the college World Series in the evenings. The breezes through the villa were very relaxing! We will plan to come again! Thanks Michael for being so helpful, attentive, and quick to respond!

This house is in a great location at the top of the hill. Feels like a secret paradise get away with breathtaking views but conveniently close to down town. Yes air in the main living space would be nice, but we found air conditioning to be extremely rare on the island. The air in the bedrooms was wonderful. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Never had a problem with power, WiFi or water supply while there. Few locks and screens need repair which I alerted the owner to so they can be addressed for the next tenant, but did not impede our stay. We were Overall very pleased with the home. Pictures are very accurate!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the house is incredible, and the amenities provided basically every possible need. We enjoyed the provided beach chair, beach shade, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler with ice packs, provided snacks, and more! The kitchen had pretty much any appliance and gadget you could need or want, plus Tupperware for prepping beach snacks and lunch. The location was great just up the hill from groceries and restaurants and a short drive from the national park and beaches. The pool area and view from it were terrific. It has to be one of the better sunset watching spots in the island. When we come back to St. John we would easily consider staying here again.

Maria and Chloe were such great hosts! Their prompt communication and local recommendations were simply the best and made us feel right at home! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and we did! The place was absolutely beautiful with hands down the best views on the island!! If you're looking for a private place to stay with truly million dollar views and taking a dip in your own private pool, don't look any further and book this right away! Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Nora & Bruce were absolutely exceptional host and hostess. Even before we got there she was always so responsive . Bruce checked us in and made us feel right at home from the start. His hospitality went above and beyond any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. He even dropped us off at the beaches while we were there and showed us around the island. Place was very clean, with beautiful views and excellent walkable location to Cruz Bay with all the restaurants, shopping and bars close by. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. You will not be disappointed and truly have a wonderful experience and time!!

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.

True Story was by far the best place we have stayed at on St John. It was like a mini resort with a centralized living area that contained the perfect living room dinning room laundry room kitchenette and kitchen fully equipped for all of our needs. It was nice to have it separated from the living room so that noise could not be heard by the early risers or late nighters hanging out. The bedrooms were in 2 separate buildings off the main living area. All 3 bedrooms were fully equipped and comfortable. The bedroom off the pool had the most amazing outdoor shower! Beds were comfortable and the double sinks were perfect for couples getting ready together. The porch/pool were so large with comfortable sitting areas and the views were like a dream! We had iguana visitors in the trees next to the pool that added a little more st john magic to our trip. The hosts were SO responsive and accommodating to any questions/needs we had. I'd give this place 11 out of 10 stars. Absolutely perfect 👌

This location is very beautiful and peaceful. Tatiana was very helpful with everything: list of places to go, help with truck rentals, the snacks she provided. Everything was GREAT!

Very private house with amazing views. We spent 9 days there with my 20 and 18 year old kids and felt right at home. The host and hostess were wonderful and gave us some great recommendations on food and beaches. The house was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the patio was a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach. Would highly recommended this gem.

Paul was a great host, very responsive and nice. The place has a washer/dryer, and the balcony has amazing views.

Jeff’s beachfront Airbnb is a peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of the busy port towns. The sound of waves at night was so relaxing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The provided beach chairs and cooler were essential for our trip. Debbie was super helpful with any questions we had. We loved the friendly animals, gorgeous views, and easy beach access—truly a perfect getaway!

Wonderful location just 3 minutes up-hill from limetree beach. Felt right at home in the well appointed and thoughtfully stocked 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and great balcony. Located in one of the quiet areas of beautiful St. Thomas. As others have said; it is highly recommended to rent a car (jeep) to get around, as the island roads are steep and a bit rough, and taxi/uber is expensive. Highly recommended location, host and environment!

Our stay was great! The place looks just like the pictures and so does the view. That is the highlight of the whole place including the balcony. It’s a great spot to stay if you rent a car. It’s away from the cruise ship crowds and allows you drive anywhere on the island relatively easy. I would stay here again

My family enjoyed our time at your home. The views were spectacular, the house was perfect and the host was very friendly and helpful. The jeep was the icing on the cake. So convenient to have right at the house. You definitely need a jeep to get around. The mountain roads are no joke. The weather is very humid but the house had enough windows and fans to really help. Our flight got in before check in. Our host set us up a driver to drop us off at a resort. There was plenty to do there. Overall, the house and host were amazing! Even the neighbors were nice!
