Beautiful stay, location is down a lovely quiet lane, with lots of wildlife, so perfect for nature lovers. Well equipped kitchen, good use of space. Could easily stay for longer than a few days. Karen was very responsive leading up to our stay, sending lots of local information. Once there we were left to our own devices and didnt feel over looked. Karen and Finn(Karens lovely dog) popped in to say hi and offer more local dog walks. Great stay. Thank you Laura & Jen

Absolutely gorgeous barn conversion in a stunning, peaceful location with views across fields and a lovely little farm shop on site. Cath was super friendly, warm, helpful and incredibly responsive from the very first point of enquiring. It’s a real gem this place and great value too. Whether you want to just switch off and enjoy the peace and quiet and views or you want to explore Warwick, Stratford and the Cotswolds is a special spot.

We really enjoyed our stay in the loft house. Simon was a great host, he greeted us on arrival and made sure we knew eveything we needed to about the accommodation and the local area. The Loft House felt spacious, clean and decorated really nicely. We thought it was so much nicer than staying in a hotel!

Lovely home in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Very clean, tidy and spacious property. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend staying.
