Fabrice’s place is very good in an amazing neighbourhood, it is located near two metro lines which helped us a lot to go to all the places directly, the place is very clean, cozy and suitable for a family of 4. the apartment is as shared. Fabrice is very responsive for any questions/inquires.

Johann's place was a perfect spot for my family of four (w/2 yr old and 7 yr old). Johann was a kind and helpful host.

The apartment is very nice, spacious for a studio. It is very quiet since, despite being on the ground floor, it is on the courtyard side. We really like the neighbourhood and it very close to the Daumesnil metro.

This is a super wonderful apartment . I was delighted with the cleanliness and tidiness. Wonderful and high-quality bed linen. Very good orthopedic mattress, it was very comfortable to sleep, the pillows are high-quality and soft. Cleanliness. The apartment was very quiet. This allowed us to rest quietly after excursions . The host Jp is an incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, polite and very caring person . He responded quickly to any questions. This home deserves only high ratings. Amélie’s place was amazing!!! Very spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. She was really great with communication and the check in process was very smooth. She left a list of local restaurants, grocery stores and things to do in Paris. We wanted to stay somewhere away from tourists and Vincennes was perfect for that. It is on the outskirts of Paris but still has lots to do and delicious restaurants. Easy access to the metro as well. I would highly recommend staying at Amélie’s place! You won’t be disappointed!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! The space is bright, beautifully maintained, and feels like the perfect Parisian getaway. The location is unbeatable, with a charming brasserie and a fantastic boulangerie just steps away—perfect for morning croissants and coffee. A special shoutout to Aldric, who went above and beyond to make our check-in seamless, even accommodating our late 1 AM arrival with warmth and professionalism. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located place in Paris, this is it. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. It was a very nice clean place with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, you have several shopping options close by. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

The space is very cosy and in pristine condition, Liqing made sure everything was in order and walked us through how to use anything we inquired about. The yard is also very clean and pretty 🤍 The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We visited Nicolas’s space on our honeymoon! The apartment was perfect. The view was incredible. Nicolas provided an abundance of both local and nonlocal recommendations. I wish we had time to explore all of them. The few that we did try, he was on point, he knows good food. You can’t beat the location. We walked to Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette, The Lourve, The Eiffel Tower, etc. it’s not far to get to the metro either. You have everything you would need to cook a meal and there’s a mini supermarket right around the corner. The views at night are worth the price. We will be back!
