Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

It took us 8 years to completely renovate this house that we particularly love! We limit the number of these companions to two.

A peaceful place to take the time to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the great outdoors, between volcanoes and forests.
