Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Well, the AC didn’t work properly , despite that I have given 5 stars because of the host. Akanksha is very responsive and sensitive towards the people she is going to host. Overall, the BNB is in a great location and matches the pictures.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this charming apartment in Siolim! The place is absolutely cute, cozy, and perfect for a small family—comfortable for two adults and a child. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the great restaurants and beautiful beaches in Siolim, Vagator, and the surrounding areas. The host was wonderful, ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable for us. A special mention to Debashish, who was always just a call away whenever we needed anything. His prompt assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet well-connected place in North Goa, this apartment is a great choice. We had a great time and would love to return!

amazing view to enjoy waking up, enjoying a cup of coffee, enjoying a meal alone or with others. apartment is large for 2 couples or family. bonus is washing machine and balconies. Area is quiet but close to markets, beaches, cafes and restaurants. need some kind of transportation. there is plenty of parking available. Host, Sanna responds immediately, guard helpful and friendly. Swimming pool excellent to cool down!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything is just as described in the listing, and the location is excellent. The property manager, Rohan, was dedicated and helpful. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance, and Oxford Arcade being a stone's throw away is the cherry on top.

When i short listed this property , there were some odd reviews . Trust me , with all respect to others who have posted these reviews, there was absolutely no issues at all. had supported in slightly early check-in as we were driving down from bangalore . His staff welcomed us with a smooth check in and showed us all facilities with instructions. Place was very cozy with comfortable furniture and good kitchen with enough utensils. We cooked 2 days with out any hassles . Ofcourse there were one tile broken in the living and bathroom and a stand broken in bathroom which will no way hamper ur holiday stay . Nice balcony with pool facing and we loved our coffee there .over all my whole family loved it. There were lot of options in airbnb, but we r so happy that we finalised on this property 😀

The place was as described in the pictures and detailed description. Our caretakers Rubel was very prompt with the requests or issues. Wi-Fi was giving issues in the initial one day due to heavy rainfall and stormy weather but Rubel sorted that out with another connection. Overall hygiene and cleaniness was amazing. House amenities are all well maintained. The balcony view was great and really comfortable to sit especially on the oval swing.

Amazing and wonderful experience at this feel like home apartment Naveen was a truly great guy he knows everything the needs of the guest and everything was spot on the apartment had everything from cutlery to washing machine from microwave to iron there was everything even the bathrooms were so clean surely i will visit this apartment next time when i came to Goa.. Had a really great time at this villa--bilkul mast tha! The place was super clean and well maintained, and the new interiors looked very stylish and modern. Location was perfect—just a short drive to all the North Goa hotspots like restaurants, beaches, and clubs, plus Panji casinos were also not far. The outdoor area was really nice for relaxing, and the private dip pool was awesome for chilling; the gym overlooking the pool was cool. Food/grocery delivery was easy, so we never had to worry about meals. The villa is in a high-end community, felt very safe and peaceful. Host was friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very comfortable and fun stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Goa with friends or family.
