Boat dock parking included. Quiet cove, lake + pool access, massive deck. Near Liberty’s, Lake Murray Marina, Catfish Johnny’s, Rusty Anchor. A Lake Murray experience like no other. Reason for change; Richland county mandating rules that we have to abide by. Those does NOT apply to guest that booked prior to 6-30-26

The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.
