The cottage was perfect - it felt like a home from home as soon as we walked through the door. The hosts were friendly & approachable, ensuring that we had lots of useful local info, while not being in the least bit intrusive. Great location for accessing the Yorkshire Dales AND for being able to walk into town! Ours was a last minute booking due to a change in our plans; and it was such a lovely experience. We definitely recommend staying here.

Helen was very helpful, and gave us lots of pointers of things to do, places to go etc. We all felt very at home, the cottage is very warm, homely and a lovely place to wind down after a busy day in Yorkshire! It’s also a short walk to the pub, which has a lovely atmosphere and wonderful food options. Would absolutely come again!

I live locally and brought my mum and little furry friend to stay at Carr Cottage for a couple nights while we were having work done on our place. We were looking for somewhere comfortable and clean to get away for a few days and maybe enjoy a few nice walks with the dog. We got all that and more. This cottage was such a lovely respite and we enjoyed every second of our stay. It was the perfect little place for us to have a much needed rest & ease the burden of all the craziness going on back home. The scenery was gorgeous, the location peaceful & picturesque, and the cottage wonderfully cozy. Everything was lovingly prepared and clearly done with a lot of care. We were very impressed with absolutely everything and appreciate that so much thought was put into every aspect of the home and making our stay as comfortable as possible. Despite living locally, we don’t venture up Luddenden nearly enough and we would love to come again. Thank you for everything!

My husband and I stayed here with 2 friends of ours for a wedding and it was the perfect place for it. Beautifully decorated space - as shown in the pictures. Spotless and was very well equipped. Pippa was friendly, proactive and responded quickly to us. The location and surrounding countryside was beautiful with local shops and cafes within walking distance. We especially loved the walk in wardrobe which was especially great for all of us to hang our outfits for the wedding in and was fun to get ready in too. Everything was clear and easy to use. Love that there was a coffee machine with a milk frother! We had no issues during our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Katrina was the perfect host from start to finish. Great communication and super responsive! We felt so well looked after and Katrina went the extra mile providing toys for our little one, a high chair and sending us lots of recommendations in the village. The property itself was so homely and cosy, with everything we needed. Lots of lovely little touches in the property with the Fox theme. Lovely views and outside space was also great to spend time in. We would definitely stay again!

The flat was immaculate. Avril was very welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic stay, rooms were fab and the 3 bedrooms also had fab bathrooms too with the added luxury of toiletries too. We managed to use one of the parking spaces available too which was a great advantage to paying for a car park. The kitchen was great lovely big family kitchen and can't fault it. it was lovely arriving to the basics to make a tea or coffee too. The only thing which would have came in handy would have been some metal baking trays for cooking our family meals. Only 5 minutes walk into central Harrogate and handy for lots of parks, restaurants and shops. we will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the Old Brewery. The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. It looked just like the pictures and perfectly matched the description. It was the perfect base to explore the Calder Valley, we walked along the canal towpath into Hebden Bridge and caught the bus back, so handy as the bus stopped right outside the property. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

I booked this for my daughter and husband who were visiting from Australia. It was perfect for them . They walked regularly along the canal and into Bingley where there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants. They said it was very comfortable and quiet and will recommend

Mike's place was perfect for our 3 night trip to the Colne Valley. The farm shop just across the road and pub a short walk away were very handy. The place was very clean and had everything we needed, and we felt really comfortable as soon as we walked through the front door. Would lo e to come back and explore the area more.

Very great communication from Kal, came to us when we had issues doing the heating. Overall, great host as he let us check in early (even though not required or specified) but also went above and beyond with letting us check out late. Would highly recommend!
