A relaxing haven for the whole family near Vulcania. On the ground floor, a dining area by the bay window; a kitchen area with all the amenities; a large living room around a stove and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom, a master bedroom and a sleeping area with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A garden with pergola and lounge on the front. Charming little studio, located at the foot of the Puys mountain range, ideal for a couple with a child. Very close to several hiking and mountain biking trails. The Ruche des Puys Museum is 200 meters away. It is about a 5-minute drive from Vulcania and the Lemptegy volcano. 10 minutes from the Les Goules parking lot (starting point for several volcanic peaks), 15 minutes from the Les Dômes Panoramic departure point and 20 minutes from the Volvic Cave and Spring. A89 highway, exit 26, 10 minutes away.

Small cozy house, offering you a pleasant and peaceful setting for a relaxing stay with friends or family by a stream and my horses' pasture. A 4-seater Jacuzzi outdoors from June to September and then indoors; see conditions together in a private message. Large parking area in front that can accommodate cars, vans or trucks.
