House with garden. Perfectly equipped for family stays. All shops and services are within walking distance. Ideally located to discover the Charentes: Cognac, Jonzac, Angoulême, Bordeaux, Royan... And, more locally, there are plenty of walks: the Étangs Bleus de Touvérac, the Thernes de Jonzac, as well as the Voie Verte and hiking trails. N10 at 4km Refill Forbidden Cars parties are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside.

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from the ocean beaches, it is ideally located to let you discover our wonderful wine region.

Small house "Chez Denise"

Small house full of charm, which has been completely renovated by us and now offers modern and functional accommodation, with an equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, toilet, a living area with sofa bed, and a veranda. You have at your disposal a Tassimo coffee maker, in front of a small garden and barbecue. Linens and towels are provided as well as two adult bikes. On the other hand, we don't have Wi-Fi.

Cabane du Silon

Cabin built mainly with salvage materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable setup for short or long stays. Ideal place to recharge your batteries, work on a project, play board games, go fishing, or take a walk in nature (park, forest, vineyard). Breakfast and massages available. The Little House of Vines

Small independent house for 4 people. It is located in the heart of the largest vineyards of St Emilion, a 5-minute walk to the center of the village. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace and a small private garden with breathtaking views of the green hills: you can have lunch and relax after your visits.
